Title: Not an air conditioner but a simple solution to hot air
Review: I have a very small kitchen that needed cooling but did not have the space for a traditional window air conditioner or split unit. I used a fan under the table during the hot months but wanted one that could cool the air.This fit the bill - cooling with water and taking up very little floor space.It came in a very large cardboard box that was twice the size of the unit and it had split in some parts. As a result, the remote control was not to be found. This is not a biggie for me since it is easy enough for me to press the controls on the top of the machine.The description says it comes with 3 ice packs, but there were only two. Again, not a biggie since 2 will be enough to cool the water reservoir.I would give this a 5 star rating if not for the fact of missing parts.

Title: Glorified fan
Review: I’ll give it two stars because if you want a basic fan it does the job. However I can’t say it really brings down the temperature in the room. I’m using it in a 6x8 room, and I’m not impressed. Even with the ice packs, and lots of extra ice put into the water tank it’s not amazing.

Review: This helped as an addition to our installed AC. I liked the rotating directional blower, but it stopped working after two months. Not great if you need an entire room cooled. It's fairly quiet. The filter doesn't seem to be removable, which seems odd.

Title: No cooling at all
Review: The worst part about this product is that it is advertised as air conditioner but it does no cooling whatsoever. I placed it in a small-sized bedroom and after hours the product didn’t come the room at all. This product works more a weaker fan and if that the case then you might as well use a fan and not go through the extra step of setting this air conditioner up.

Review: It's more like a glorified fan. Slightly cooler when it's blowing but creates a very humid environment. If I hadn't thrown the box away, I'd return it. I'm only using it in a small bedroom and it fails to lower the temperature, just feels more humid.
