Title: Great DVD player for in the go
Review: A lot packed into a little package. We have a previous model which I purchased after sweeping many reviews. Here’s why I like it…1. Large screen size2. Remote control plus all cables needed in a handy box3. Swivel screen4. Plays all formats (including those so have purchased not knowing they wouldn’t play in a standard DVD player in the U.S.5. The box it comes in (this was completely unexpected! I had purchased a case but the box is so perfect and better protected so we keep it there… see the video)This updated version is even better because it addresses some of the things that while we could overlook weren’t perfect.1. The screen is so much better. Before if the lighting was wrong we would have to try every angle to place the screen to see it clearly. Not now! Also the colors are vivid and beautiful.2. The volume was a bit low. The quality is fine still but the volume gets louder now, so we don’t have to worry about competing noisesI tried to upload a second video to show the screen, but I guess only one video per review is allowed so I included pictures instead.We love this player and use it in the car, in the kids bedrooms for special occasions (because they are not allowed televisions in their rooms, and vacations (our family cabin has a tv but no cable or way to actually watch anything) well we use the cables to hook the player to the tv and are able to watch the movie on both screens, win!!Now that we have two the kids don’t have to fight over them in the car or when they have friends over! Win-win!

Title: 360 rotating super comfortable DVD player
Review: I'd like to post my recent experience by using this portable DVD player made by Boifun.Proud of great packaging. It came in big bubble bag inside of the original box. It's amazing how safe is that. In those days when we have tons of deliveries and throwing packages by the delivery personal, it's very important detail plus when I travel, it's continuing to safe my player. Thankful for it.Cannot not to say about the matte including lines finish of it. It's like fingerprint free surface!! I had my first one like year ago for the home school. It didn't have any fingerprint on it. Always looks nice & clean even kids are using it all of the time. Seems like never turns old and you do not need to replace it by placing an order for a new one again. Money SAVING player!!Works everywhere - at home, in the car, at camping because of 360 rotating display and built-in battery. I can even cook and place it just behind my stove then rotate the screen and enjoy it while cooking! Love it.One of the best features - 24 hrs assistance. Believe me or not - you need it even those for a simple question. Let's imagine you are camping and no internet. Just call in around the clock and resolve any situations. Thanks Boifun for the support!!Awesome clear video. Very high quality. It's possible to notice the grandma wrinkles while watching your wedding day 🙂 just to let you know how good the quality is.Happy with the volume. Sometimes I have to turn it down due to loud voice. Usually you need an additional speakers for those items but this one perfect by itself.Highly recommend the Boifun brand and their portable DVD player.

Title: Remote control needs to be updated according to the Seller.
Review: Bottom line: I am quite satisfied with this DVD player, and, I have been enjoying it for the two days since I have had it up and running. It does what it says it will do. Looks nice, but it is made out of hard plastic, and it probably should be handled with care. I do not expect it to last for years, but I did purchase a 2 year extra warranty.The first machine I received was defective. Also, I had to use the buttons directly on the machine to try and set it up, as the remote did not work. When I realized that it was defective, I had to contact the seller via their email (no telephone), and received a fairly quick response. I also contacted AMAZON directly, and they immediately sent me a shipping label to return the machine.I received the replacement machine the very next day (!), and it works well....except the remote apparently requires downloading a zipfile onto my computer, and copying it to a USB flash drive, that I somehow then put into the DVD machine, and switch operating "MODE" to USB rather than DVD (?). I am not sure I understand how, or want to do that.The Seller's customer service email advised me that a new updated remote could be sent to me, if I asked for it. I have asked, and they have said that they will send it.The player was not easy for me to figure out, immediately after unboxing, but after following the instructions very carefully (reading and re-reading), I have it working well. I felt supported by the seller's quick reply by email, and also VERY supported by AMAZON's customer service representative, although it did take a VERY LONG process to get to a human being. Actually, if I had better understood the return instructions, I think I would not have needed a human being after all.I am adequately content with the quality of the machine. Screen brightness and clarity are a little dim, but, for me, worth it, as it WILL play PAL and NTSC DVDs, if set on AUTO, which is awesome. It has a large screen, and is quite portable. The shipping case can double as a carrier...albeit that it is made of cardboard, and may not last long with rough handling.I must say that I was quite impressed with the swiftness of the seller's responses. They were super fast to respond, and courteous, helpful, and appropriate...although I always prefer speaking with a human, of course. I will see if the updated remote arrives, and if I figure out how to update this review, I will do so.UPDATE;I am sooooo pleased with the SELLER. I DID RECEIVE an updated remote, just as they promised, and it WORKS!!!Even though, I was unable to speak to a human being over the phone, the BOIFUN customer service agent was super rapid to respond to my questions via email, and I am VERY PLEASED.Thank you, BOIFUN.Regarding the product itself: Pretty much as I indicated before. It is wonderful to have a working remote. I do think this product may not last for a very long time. I did purchase a 2-year extended warranty, however it is made of a hard, possibly easily breakable, plastic.The BEST thing about it, is that I am able to watch BOTH PAL and NTSC dvd's. For me, that is worth the cost, and the little hiccough with the remote. I am very pleased. Thank you!!!
