Review: I like this Brand already have (3) oscillator fans with remote and definitely know this heater will be AWESOME. Pull out box 📦 and 🔌 in (some require installing base), on/off remote, cord w/surge built in is a PLUS . Nice size, build, quality; our sun room gets cold during the fall/winter 🤦🏾‍♀️, dogs in/out 🚪 gets cold 🥶 heat range: H1~H3 means 900w~1500w. Also; auto shut off is a PLUS. The power, heat circulation is very good.👍🏾

Title: Great quality at a reasonable price !
Review: Really love this heater, set to 68 degrees and it kicks on only as needed. I use it for supplemental heat to large room (approx. 12W X 25L with 10 ft ceiling. The room was an add-on to the house, and only one heat duct was provided, which was inadequate. But this heater keeps it very comfortable in the colder north PA weather. It also is very quiet. Highly recommend!

Title: Good quality
Review: This is a quality item but I don’t think the blower speed is high enough. Ironically, I have yet to find anything remotely like this with the same power and features. It’s plenty big, just like a tower fan with a vertical blade. I always use this on eco mode since it is the highest speed it will go and the heat on maximum. It sits low enough to keep my feet warm but not low enough to scorch my area rug when I want the heater closer. You do have to have the heater pretty close to you to really feel the blower. This is probably the best that exists for the price you pay with the most features. Just remember, the highest blower speed is eco on heat mode and and the highest heat is when it says Hi on the display. It didn’t take long to figure out how to turn off the annoying beep every time you change something on the heater. If this had a higher blower speed I would probably buy it again but I am satisfied with my purchase overall and it does do what it says.

Title: High quality product & Carol at Customer Service is very helpful should you need her expertise.
Review: I like the heat protection plug that automatically trips the current off to the heater, if plug reaches a certain temperature.I feel safe with it. It’s good fire protection. I also like the safety switch that cuts off the electricity in case the heater gets tipped over. Another big plus is there Customer Service. I thought I had a problem with the thermal plug switch on the heater that was tripping the power and showing FF on the display. After trial and error test, I switched to another receptacle and presto, problem solved. I had a bad receptacle. Customer Service was with me the whole way. I would have never known that I had a bad receptacle if it had not been for the DREO thermal plug tripping and shutting off the heater. This might have saved me from a receptacle fire, because I ran a hair dryer , etc. on that bad receptacle and they never showed a problem in the receptacle, thank goodness for the DREO thermal plug! Get a DREO heater, I think you will like it.

Title: Defective heater
Review: I was hoping to give a positive review however this is not the case. I purchased this heater couple of weeks ago and decided to buy the upgrade meaning smart plug. One day I started to smell an odor similar to high heat burning wire … what I noticed was the heater itself over heated (wire was fine) and shut off. When I restarted the heater I observed intense heat coming from heater and the fan wasn’t spinning … sad to say I will not purchase another one from this vendor.

Title: Works well
Review: Works fine in a small/medium sized room. Choose a model appropriate for your needs or more than 1 may be required. Mine is in a medium sized living room and it keeps the ambient temperature quite comfortable. It has several fan intensity settings as well as different modes to select from plus it oscillates if desired. I also have their floor fan tower which works very well but both units use identical remotes. One must be unplugged to prevent activation if you purchase both items.
