Title: Wonderful Cold Air
Review: Arrived with all installation parts and instructions needed so it was easy to install just like many other reviews have noted. The remote makes it easy to control. I used some stick on Velcro to attach the remote to the unit so the remote is easier to find. The air coming into the room is nice and cold as long as the target temperature is lower than the room temperature. The target temperature is easily adjusted using the remote or the arrow buttons on the unit. It’s loud but the cold air is worth the noise. There are three fan settings and the low setting works great for my small 600 sf apartment. I really appreciate the timer function which allows one hour increments of power on/ cooling / dehumidification/ fan up to 24 hours then turns itself off. The exhaust tube gets very warm so it may be helpful to wrap it in some type of insulation because I have noticed heat radiating back into the room from the exhaust hose. The heat is noticeable from the exhaust tube however the room still gets cool even on low fan speed. I have not tried the dehumidifier feature but I attached the included dehumidifier hose to the unit and placed the end of this hose into an empty 3 quart almond milk container. It probably won’t produce almond milk but it is ready to catch the water whenever I turn on the dehumidifier feature.

Title: Cools great, a bit loud even on low fan speed.
Review: This is our first portable A/C unit of this style. Wasn't sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised how easy it was to hook up and in like 5 minutes you have nice cool air. Works great. It is a bit loud even on low fan but I figure that's because the entire A/C is inside your room so your going to hear it more then you would a window unit. I will probably just buy this style of A/C unit for my house in the future.5 STARS...

Title: Mixed reviews this far.
Review: I bought this AC/Unit / Heater in February 2022 for my man cave area of the home. At first everything worked great. Heat was warm and A/C was ice cold with absolutely zero issues. To be honest this is a very simple device that is easy to setup and use. Instructions are simple. I was to preface this also stating this unit was NOT heavily used.The noise level is moderate (it is not quiet) but can be tolerated by turning up the TV or surround sound. I did not expect it to be super quiet so this is not an issue.What was an issue is that at the end of July 2022, It stopped working. AC was luke warm at best in the middle of the a Southern US summer. At first I was just going to toss it out and be out 400+ bucks or whatever I paid at that time. Instead I told me wife let’s see about this warranty which I turned over to her to deal with.At the end of July my wife called the company to request warranty assistance via a number found for them on google. She was able to get ahold of somebody who stated that a claim was submitted and we would receive an email within 24-48hrs. We did receive a complaint ticket # or reference number for this call.After 3 days we received no response or email and yes we checked junk mail. My wife called them again and asked what the status was and again was told she would receive an email within 24-48hrs. After 48hrs we again had no response so my wife called them again and was told again we would have an email within 24-48hrs. She used the complaint reference number each time she called.After the 3rd callback she received an email within 24hrs asking if we did all the simple things the directions said to ensure it was broken. Things such as unplug it, clean filters, drain it etc., basically easy stuff I checked 17 times before giving up.My wife emailed back and forth with the representative whom did state that it was covered and they would be sending us a new unit. We had to send them a copy of our Amazon receipt which is totally understandable.Once the new unit shipped we had it within a week. Since that time for the small amount I have used it… it is functioning perfectly. I did plug the old unit back in just to see if the heat function at least worked on it since the AC didn’t but that also did not work.So to wrap up. When the unit is working it does work as expected, it looks nice and is easy to use. The jury is still out for me on the overall quality as I’m on my second unit. The warranty is there but will require some work to get it.I still have the old unit which I will now have to take to a dump or recycle center. I realize things break unexpectedly sometimes and I am glad I didn’t have to shell out another large sum of money on a different brand. We also have a second serine life smaller A/C only unit that has worked for one summer thus far.I am going to have to see how this unit works over the winter of 2022 / Summer of 2023 to fully know if I would buy from them again.I hope this helps somebody on the fence in some way.

Title: Cold AC for a small room
Review: Great unit, and mirroring what most of the other reviews said, this unit works great and cools down a 200 sq/ft room very fast and keeps it comfortable. Not so much that great in a 500-ish sq/ft area with vaulted ceilings, but you can definitely feel the difference after 20 minutes of it running.There really aren't any negatives to say about this, but I will say a few things that I've noticed and wish it could be different on the AC unit. It's nothing that would prevent me from returning it, as it does what I need it to do. The fan on the high setting is a bit loud, especially when the unit is close to you but that's expected. Also, there's a fair amount of heat generated from the rear by the hose area - no hot air blowing, but if you put your hands back there you can definitely feel the heat radiating from the unit and the exhaust hose. I would recommend placing this closer to a wall or in the corner of a room.The other thing is I wish this unit had adjustable power, or at least was more energy efficient and drew a lower wattage to save on electricity (and your electric bill). I use this AC unit on a Ecoflow Delta Pro with a 3.6 kWh battery, and it'll run just shy of 3 hours on the Delta Pro, or 4.5 hours with a 400W solar panel connected at the same time. The AC unit consistently pulls 1000 watts of electricity in cooling mode, and it's the same 1000 watts in either low or high mode, so we just leave it on high to cool the room faster. I've seen some 14,000 BTU window units only draw 500-600 watts or electricity, so it would've been nice is this unit was more energy efficient. I wish it didn't draw as much power since we run this unit on a solar generator, as it's much cheaper for me to charge the generator at night than it is to plug in the AC unit into the house wall outlet during the day. Still, it's perfect on those summer afternoons when it gets hot in the house.The last thing I would mention is the included window kit. It's nice that the AC unit comes with an exhaust host and window kit to vent out the heat, but the window kit is limited in the adjustability. There's only a few windows in my house where this included window kit will actually fit, otherwise it's either too short or too long. I bought the Gulrear Portable Air Conditioner Sliding Door Vent Kit ($29 on Amazon) that has 4 sections and doesn't taper the exhaust vent, so I can either put this on our 80" tall patio door or on a much shorter window in my son's room. I wouldn't say the included window kit is worthless, as it still works and does its job. The hose will easily pop off the panel if you're moving the unit around and the hose moves a little bit, but it'll stay in place when you need it to.Overall, this is a great unit for the price.

Review: Let's write a review for this portable AC I can immediately give 5 stars! A very good air conditioner for the home, easy to install if you follow the instructions, very easy to move on carpet, laminate or parquet. Manula does a great job explaining how to install and why each part is used and how to use it. It fits our window well, there are no air gaps, the pipe is very easy to place where it fits in the window. Not that loud at all, compared to my previous air conditioner, this new air conditioner has even better settings and functions. We are very impressed with this product and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Our living room and kitchen are super cool because we set the temperature to 17 Celsius on the low setting. The delivery was excellent, the package was correct without any damage to the package. No issue with electric fuse works amazing.

Review: Lo que mas me gusto es su versatilidad para moverlo de un lugar a otro, facilidad para instalarlo y la capacidad de enfriamiento, ventilación y calefacción, que aun que no lo he probado aun, creo que tambien sera satisfactorio. Lo que mens me agrado es que si hace un poco mas de ruido que un ventilador y si eres alguien que acostumbra dormir sin ruido, puede ser un inconveniente. Por lo demás muy bien.

Review: La instalación fue muy fácil de hacer. Si refresca toda la casa de 1 solo piso. Es un poco ruidoso pero lo demás del A/C es de buena calidad. No requiere enchufe ni cable especial, no jala brutalmente la energía al encender, no hay sobrecalentamiento como en otros aparatos. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
