Title: Just the right size
Review: This pillow is just the right size to fit under my knees while sleeping. Not too high, and not too wide. Doesn’t get in the way of my wife sleeping either and we have a queen sized bed. Very comfortable and doesn’t cut off circulation. When on my side, it works well to relieve pressure from my back. It is quite firm, but not so much that causes discomfort. Highly recommended.

Title: Knee pillow
Review: I received this yesterday in the mail and slept with it under my knees. I woke up and felt so amazing. My back did not hurt and I felt put together ! Those that suffer with lower back pain know what I mean!I had been using these other pillows and felt no relief could be because I had them so long or maybe they were not the right ones but this miracle pillow worked like a charm. Now here’s hoping for more painless mornings.If you suffer with lower back / hip pain I recommend!!

Title: Nice option for leg support
Review: This has worked well in providing support under or between legs for sleeping in multiple different positions. Only shortcoming is that it could be a little longer, but works great as is. The removable cover is nice and does have some “cooling” properties as advertised. Once it recovered from being squished significantly in. Shipping container, it fluffed up to a nice firm form and retains that during use.

Title: Nice cool support pillow
Review: There isn’t anything I dislike: if I did it would be how long does it hold its shape, time will tell.likes: the cover is removable to wash, it is like a t-shirt material that is soft. What I like the most is how cool the pillow is, it almost feels like a covered ice pack. Very nice behind my knees. I can see also using as pillow when I have neck pain or headache. Delivered in stated time packaging great.

Title: It’s like a speed bump
Review: This pillow is well made. I bought this to put under my knees to help with back pain but I like it better for under my ankles when sleeping on my stomach. It is much too firm and narrow (meaning it’s under my knees only) for sleeping on my back. I’ve tried to like this for a few months but realized that having something under my knee and sloping down to support my upper calf would be much more comfortable.

Title: Strongly recommended!
Review: I am 5’4” and 120lb. I’ve had low back pain and sciatica on and off for many years. I am a tossing and turning kind of sleeper throughout the night due to the pain. I’ve tried a few different kind of memory foam leg pillows with adjustable strap but none of them worked. All of them were either uncomfortable, hot, or wouldn’t stay on my leg. I am really glad I purchased this one. I got the one with cooling cover. It is not hot, but more importantly its smooth and slippery texture makes it so easy to move it around under the blanket so it doesn’t wake you up as you are trying to reposition it. It is very soft and long enough so you can use it no matter what your sleeping positions may be. It has helped my pain a lot. I wake up in the morning feeling so much better since I started to use this pillow. I would strongly recommend it to those with back or hip pains.

Review: I've always been a side sleeper until I started getting older. I'm now definitely a back sleeper. I'm sure I still move around through the night (maybe?), but I've noticed that my knees sometimes feel stiff when I first get out of bed. It made me wonder if it could be due to my legs being in a straightened position for such a long period of time, so I started sleeping with a regular pillow under my knees. Amazingly, having a slight bend in my legs through the night eliminated the stiff knees in the morning. However, having a regular pillow under the covers was really making me feel hot - maybe it's the material?Enter this bolster - it works really well for me:- much firmer support than a regular pillow and takes up less room- length is perfect for back sleeping- if I do turn onto my side, also works well between legs to keep my back aligned- 100% less heat generating than using a regular pillowThe product did not have any odor that required off-gassing upon arrival. Even so, I still let it sit for 24 hours before use as it comes compressed (to make it more compact), but fills out as soon as you let it out of its bag.I know there are other, lower priced bolsters in the marketplace, and I'm sure they are all very similar, but make sure you review the length. You may think smaller is better as it will take up less room, but consider your personal comfort. This one is 20.4cm (as advertised), which doesn't force me to sleep with my legs pinned together. Nor is it too long that it jabs my partner. Obviously this depends on your mattress size too. I use this every night and it has definitely solved the stiff knee issue.
