Insalata Caprese Chicken Bowls

In the Instant Pot, add chicken and tomatoes. Lock lid.Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 5 minutes. When timer beeps, let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick-release any additional pressure until float valve drops. Unlock lid. Check chicken using a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature is at least 165°F.Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken and tomatoes to four bowls. Season with salt and pepper. Add mozzarella halves. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.

Title: The recipies are easy confidence builders, for me anyway.
Review: I enjoyed searing in the same pan to pressure cook. The cookbook is easy to read, it's understandable. It lists your pantry needs straight up and they are common spices. There aren't any unknown expensive spices. My first cookbook in a long time. Thanks.

Not only full of mouthwatering, simple recipes, The "I Love My Instant Pot®" 5-Ingredient Recipe Book” is a informational, easy to understand guide to using the Instant Pot.The “Cooking with an Instant Pot” section is much more detailed than the instructions that come packed with the appliance. Author Michelle Fagone explains the function buttons so that every user can understand. She describes the main use of each button and also provides timing variations. If you are new to Instant Pot cooking, you’ll feel so much more confident after you read this section. She also lists the accessories you’ll need and the kitchen staples you should have on hand. Now come the recipes!Organized by meal type for easy reference, the cookbook begins with Breakfasts.Who knew you can hard boil eggs in six minutes? I do now! Title: Fantastic book for an Instant Pot-newbie
Review: I am so thrilled Adams Media sent me this recipe book for review! I have had an Instant Pot for over a year, but still use it rarely because I am overwhelmed by all the available recipes that often feel complicated. I love how this book breaks down EASY, simple recipes, and have been using it to fill out our family's weekly meal plan.
