Review: Update: I contacted Amazon customer service immediately following the below review. The rep was just fantastic. Clearly, concisely, and efficiently worked to provide a solution as quickly as possible. I received the new complete slow cooker in less than a week. Beautiful metallic red color. The foot print is the same as the smaller cookers and fits perfectly in the slow cooker space in my kitchen. It works perfectly. And I just gotta say, I could not love this slow cooker more.😊 I needed this cooker to replace my very well loved (several years old, missing a foot, dented, and so on 😄) one that finally called it quits for good. Due to my family hosting frequent large multigenerational meals. I needed this bad boy to make our normal family of 3 sized meals. PLUS, actually be large enough to help meaningfully make those meals too. Well this is definitely the grandaddy of all slow cookers. Sooo happy I purchased this. Was definitely worth the few extra days delivery. Happy cooking 😋!I just received this crockpot. Although the pot and base appear well made, they sent this w/o a lid. The box did not appear to be tampered with, or damaged in any way. So this was definitely a seller problem. It is obviously completely unusable without a lid. Leaving me now forced to go through the contact the manufacturer and hope they will safely ship one ASAP process. If that's ends up being a giant hassle? This product was definitely not worth purchasing.
