Review: These pans are great! They do everything that they say they do. I have bought pans in the past that are supposed to be made for no oil or butter but they still stain and burn and these do not I have seared sausage in them everything and they wipe clean they are super lightweight. I am absolutely in love with these pans! There is not an extra large frying pan so I need to see if they make one but these are a must!

Title: Have been very satisfied with these! They heat up quickly!
Review: These have been a functional and stylish addition to our cooking efforts in the kitchen! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that they appear to "chip" a bit easy. Just little nick marks we're noticing when they "bump" into another pot or pan or maybe in the sink while doing dishes. Otherwise, other than that, they heat up beautifully; my cook time seems reduced by about 5 minutes compared to our other pots and pans. They are a great variety of sizes, so you can find one to use for almost any purpose! Give them a try, you'll be happy, but protect them and move them carefully as they can chip.

Title: Absolutely awful
Review: I got these to replace a cheap set of ceramic lined pans I got a big box store that I used daily for nearly a decade before the ceramic was so scratched and degraded that I felt it was time for a change.I was initially impressed with this set. But after six months of moderate usage, I'm ready to throw them away. The first time I used them, the enamel on the outside stained. I soaked, I scrubbed, but there was still an ugly brown discoloration. Okay, that's on me. I shouldn't have gotten a set of white cookware.Everything sticks to these now, even with oil, even things that shouldn't normally stick to cookware. The ceramic is scratched and chipped despite hand washing and only using silicon utensils. They do have a fairly even heat distribution, so at least they got that going for them. Overall though, these are junk. I can't say for sure whether it's this specific product or the brand as I don't have any other experience with Gotham Steel products, but I'm definitely looking at other options for replacements, which I already need.

Title: Cheaply made
Review: Was surprised after reading it was ceramic cookware that this set was so light out of the box. By the time I had opened it up, washed it, and put it away, I realized how cheaply made it was. There was already a scratch on the bottom of one pot and some of the rims were slightly dented. I got this set on mega sale - thinking it was too good to be true.They're fine, but I doubt they will last long. Disappointed...but they're already out of the box. Oh well.
