Review: NOT SALTY. Nice mild Blend of seasonings.Makes 1/2 gallon. Just add water.15 minutes.Add your favorite "toppings"..Spinach worked for me. Corn.."Corn Chowder".Perfect mainstay for cooler westher.I would but this in a number 10 can if it were available.

Title: Excellent Soup
Review: This is my go-to meal when I've planned nothing else. I cook a few minutes longer than it says on simmer and stir quite often. I've topped with cheese and sometimes with bacon or chopped green onions. Great flavor and winter or summer it is a great meal.

Title: Very tasty and easy to make
Review: I was not expecting much from a bag of dried ingredients but this soup is excellent. It is a tad salty so I add a little more water then it calls for and it tastes great. I grill Shrimp and add it to soup for some protein.Any leftovers are also just as good as when it is first made. The noodles stay firm and do not get soggy.

Title: Cheddar Broccoli. Not my fav.
Review: I ordered three different kind of soup - cheddar broccoli, the cheesy potato and the chili. The cheesy potato is amazing, the chili was OK, but this one, the cheddar broccoli, I did not like. It had small dried stalks of broccoli in it that I could not get to cook no matter how long I cooked it. They remained hard and tough. The soup was also thinner than the cheesy potato, which I have to say is amazing.
