Yes, the product is disassemblable for easy cleaning. With the exception of the inner & outer bodies (which should be cleaned by hand), all parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only). Use the cleaning comb to clean the pushers and blades thoroughly.

Title: Very Nice Design
Review: This is a very nice chopper and does a great job. It's easy to use and cleans easily. Be careful, though as the blades are very sharp (as they would need to be). We purchased the Brieftons Spiralizer first (mostly for making pasta noodles with Zuchini for a much lower carb alternative) and were very impressed with the quality and design of it. When we received the Vegetable Chopper we noticed that Brieftons and used the same attention to detail and clever design engineering with this product. Parts fit together well and interlock. Press plates (my term) that push the vegetables through the cutting blades are formed so as to match the layout of the blades and ensure that the entire vegetable gets pushed through; something that a flat plate wouldn't do. Locking of parts together is secure. The cleaning tools (included) help ensure that there is no left over vegetable residue when cleaning the chopper. A very nice design and product execution.

Title: Excellent little gadget
Review: I really like this one. After watching the video and figuring it all out, using this chopper/slicer is a breeze. Really nice, versatile chopper. It does not require a lot of strength to push down, the blades are really sharp and very effective. Chopping speed is quite the thing, when you want uniform pieces. The size of this chopper is small compared to the ease of use and volume it can produce. The only downside is the multiple pieces that have to be washed, but that fades in comparison to how much it helps in speed of food prep. Five 🌟

Title: Easy and Efficient Compact Food Chopper
Review: My husband used it to chop green mango and jicama in tiny cubes for my salad and it came out perfect. The blades were very sharp and it was fast and easy to use. I would have given this a 5 star, if putting everything back for storage was also easy with better and more explicit step by step written instructions and video. Ideally, the instructions should refer to each colored part step by step, if putting a number on each colored part is not possible. My frustrated husband is very mechanical -- installs and fixes practically everything in our house but it took him a long time to put everything back in the box for storage!

Title: Perfect countertop food chopper
Review: This is a perfect sized food chopper to leave out on your counter for easy access. It comes with four different blades that are very sharp and do a wonderful job. As with all Brieftons products I've used this is very well made and easy to clean. The only thing I had a little trouble with was getting it all back together after I used and washed it. However, they have a very good online user guide with a video that easily showed me how to accomplish this without any problems. I have a small kitchen and this takes up very little space on my counter and is very versatile. I used the small blade to dice the onions and peppers I needed to make my dinner the other night, then later I used the wedge blade to cut up my apple for a snack. This morning I used the small wedge blade to make home fries in my air fryer and as you can see they came out wonderful. I highly recommend this product, I have arthritis in my hands and sometimes have problems chopping fruits and veggies, but the push motion of this product makes my life much easier.

Review: This product I have used now serval times now in my food preparations, it has been such a time saver for me. It performs as described in the description and clean up is very easy and quick. It’s a perfect size for using with food prep and then the compact storage for it’s blades. Slicing and chopping my fruits and vegetables, look so nice and appealing when I make my fruit and vegetable tray. I would highly recommend this product.

Title: Nice chopper!
Review: I own a spiralizer by Brieftons that I absolutely love! I use it all the time so thought I'd try this device also from Brieftons. It chops food nicely and quickly with just one push. I did have to watch their videos a few times to understand how to use and store it. With practice, it will be much easier. I'm glad they have those videos to help with that. Once you figure out how to store it, it's very compact and also cleans easily. Thanks for the great products, Brieftons!
