Title: Love this cookware!
Review: This is good quality cookware. I already have a set and extra pieces. It is easy to cook in and cleans up nicely and is gorgeous. I bought this set for a wedding gift for my son and his new wife. I waited patiently for almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. It came from California to Illinois then for some reason went out to Washington state then finally came back to Minneapolis, Illinois and then to Ohio. It went on a scenic trip! It was worth the wait though. I know the bride and groom will love it as much as I do. I highly recommend this cookware. The baking pan set is excellent too.

Title: Impressive
Review: Read the reviews and bought these for a gift. They do what they say. Nothing sticks, can cook with little or no oils, and they come clean with absolute minimum of effort. We are being gentle with them (same as our good knives) and they have no challenges serving us well. By gentle I mean that I don't turn up the heat high to start with, so that the coating doesn't separate from heat shock, but once warmed they are very responsive to temperature controls on gas burners. I also don't take them straight from high heat to a cold faucet, but just let them cool off before rinsing. When I say nothing sticks, example; burned fats from meat turned black in the pan, something which would normally be charred crispy and require soaking to remove. Nope, they wiped out with a gentle spatula and I tossed in the eggs and kept on cooking. We are using less oils, less butter, etc. These pans work really well. The gift part?-she loves them.

Review: Love, love love these! There are a lot of pots and pans that claim to be nonstick, but these truly are. The instructions even say, do not add oil. They are durable and so far burn resistant. And I Love the copper look and beveled exterior of the pots!

Review: I’ve bought five sets of these Gotham steel pans. One8” fry pan after several uses started sticking .Trying to get pan replaced has proven to be impossabile.

Title: Gotham pots and pan set
Review: I really like the set. They are amazing to use and clean. The only problem I have with it is the small square baking pan chipped after the first use. I followed all directions prior to use and this happened when I used it. I contacted Gotham, they said to contact Amazon because I was it was under the return warranty. When I contacted Amazon they said to contact Gotham. I only wanted the small square pan replaced. I didn’t wanted to send the whole set back just to get one item replaced. As of now I haven’t gotten this pan replaced.

Title: Beautiful but somewhat disappointing
Review: The set looks great but I have two issues. The first is the description is misleading. It says they are dishwasher safe but when they arrive, there is a notice recommending to hand was because a dishwasher will cause them to be discolored. Technically, they are dishwasher "safe" but will just be ugly afterwards. So, you have to wash them by hand. Washing a skillet after making an egg isn't a big deal and it did clean easily. But, I didn't enjoy washing all of the dishes after making a full meal. I have a dishwasher so I don't have to wash dishes after cooking.Then, the baking sheet gets a dark spot on it every time I use it. Wherever the food touches the sheet, it discolors. This doesn't wash off and my baking sheet looks horrible already.So far, the anti-stick has been fine and no issues with the skillets/pans/pots... besides having to hand was them. I haven't used the muffin or bread pans so I'm not sure how they will look afterwards.

Review: Be aware with Gotham steel when cooking on an induction stove, not to cook on high heat. The temperature is lower because induction stoves don’t require with Gotham steel to be at high heat. This is a fantastic set! Besides, you save on energy if you cook on lower temperature. It cooks as fast as pots on high temperature on gas or regular electric stoves. Worth the money to buy it. 😊👍 it’s also worth noting when you look on the box, it clearly states it’s aluminum. Aluminum is thinner so don’t use high heat on induction stoves.

Review: Saw these and impulse bought them without reading the description fully. Didn't realise you can't use them unless you have a convection cooker. No good for a gas cooker. The price seemed good, at half price, so I thought, they're at least half that again now I've bought them.

Review: This set looks like it is so much more expensive than it is, wow. I have accidentally scratched a couple of them (which is weird because I don't use metal with these pans), but they're holding up very well. The only reason I hesitated to give five stars, and it's really not a huge deal, is that the baking sheet is weirdly hard to clean. For some reason, residual burnt food is left after using this baking sheet for things that don't leave behind any kind of residual on other baking sheets. Then, when I try to wash it, the black residue is halfway impossible to get off. I might just have to switch up my cleaning method and try something a bit more abrasive for this sheet. But, given that it's just one product in the whole set and it's still a heavy duty baking sheet, I'm happy with this purchase overall.
