Simple Activation

INSERT THE SIM

You'll need to insert your new SIM card into your phone. Our SIM Cards come in a Mini, Micro and Nano size, so you can find the one you need. Simply pop the SIM out of the card it comes in. From here, you'll pop the right size SIM for your phone out. If you made a mistake, you fit them back together to the correct size.

ACTIVATE ONLINE OR BY PHONE

All you need is the SIM number from the card it came in (It's the long number that starts with 89 and ends with F). With this, head over to www.JethroMobile.com and you can activate from there! If you'd prefer to do it with some help, dial 611 from the phone with the Jethro Mobile SIM card, and we're happy to assist you.

THAT'S IT! IT'S SIMPLE

Wait a few minutes before restarting your device, then you can start using your new contract free plan! If you're bringing over an old number, this can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours from mobile carriers and up to 2 weeks to port from a landline company. Sign up for auto pay to make it that much easier.

Review: I don’t know how can anybody rated this 5 stars?This is a scam to get you to sing up with this phone company. The eSim card doesn’t work at all and then they want you to return it for a refund. Are you kidding me? I have to return piece of paper (a booklet) with instruction how to activate the ecard. Absurd! I called the “Help Line” and they are closed. Give me a break.

Review: I had never heard of Jethro but needed a phone for my brother who las low vision and is 78 so needs a user friendly phone. After buying the phone, I called to get it activated. and was pleased with the customer service. I actually talked to two different people and they both were knowledgeable and made sure that the phone was working correctly. For the price the phone does everything my brother needs it to do and the Prepaid plan works well for him.
