Title: Simplest activation I have ever gone through, and great value for the service.
Review: Upon receiving this SIM Kit and downloading the Boost Infinite app, I was able to activate my iPhone XR and have it fully operational in well under 5 minutes. I wish I had paid more attention to the product description and realized that I didn't even need the physical SIM, but the app noticed that and prompted me to select between eSIM or physical SIM during the short activation steps. eSIM worked just great. Coverage and speeds are great where I've used it. Overall a very good experience. And for anyone like me - with an old phone that's still locked to a carrier you can't remember, Apple Support can help you identify which carrier sold you the phone or first activated it, and from there it is easy to get it unlocked - nothing at all to do with Boost and not something they can do for you, just helpful to know.

Title: Still too new I guess
Review: Buggy app, unable to enable or even check certain things and was told no protection plan eligible for being your own devices but advertise it.I originally came across boots infinite on Amazon prime for $20 a month so I jumped on the deal, I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max I brought from AT&T and my girlfriends phone android from straight talk, originally the iPhone was easy to setup having a available esim, I had no issues activating my iPhone 12, her phone we had to port the number over, updated it and followed everything through but straight talk claims the account number was the imei of the android phone which didnât work with boost infinite, I was going back and forth for a couple of days trying to figure out the port account number and such then the phone ran out of credits from straight talk and became deactivated and was told it has to be active to transfer, so then I said to scrap that port and the line weâll go for a new number for my iPhone 11 I have spare with a available esim, unfortunately they told me I have to pay $25 to activate another line since they canât put it on the line thatâs not activated? THIS BECAME A WHOLE WEEK PROCESS AND THEY STILL FAILED, I was on the phone everyday with someone and they tried to port the straight talk number over still instead of cancelling it, it was a issue with the app both their IT team and myself couldnât input email on the account to start so I went onto a web browser on the iPhone 11 and was able to type my SAME EXACT email and pass then cReAtE another account with SaMe info, and the iPhone was activated! Hoorah I got 3 phones lines now on to accounts with the same login and only 2 working phones, on top of this I go to the device add-ons within the app and I see device protection plan for $7 limited time 19 days remaining to enable, so I attempt to enable protection for both of my devices and it wonât let me activate it, i spoke with customer service on the phone about this issue as well and then I was told we are not eligible for device protection since we brought our own devices? Companyâs are offering electronic device insurance JUST CAUSE and my phone plan wonât let me have protection for my phone. Hereâs my review.

Title: Easy setup
Review: I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. The setup was so straight forward and easy using the app. All of the instructions on porting your number over is right there.I started the process the day I ordered the SIM card by downloading the Boost Infinite app. Instructions in the app indicated that I needed my T-Mobile account # and porting code. Received the SIM card the next day and within a few minutes the number from T-Mobile was ported into Boost Infinite.Ridiculously fast 5g speeds the same as T-Mobile because.... Wait for it... It's still on the same fastest 5g network. Do they deprioritize MVNO accounts like Boost Infinite or Mint? Sure? But if I don't notice it and don't exceed the 30 GB limit before the true throttling starts, I'm good. My only concern is the week or two a year that I travel internationally, I won't have international roaming but there are a lot of workarounds for that such as WhatsApp, etc.*9-8-23 update - still debating whether having the availability of an international travel option is a deal breaker. With T-Mobile, that is a nice piece to the puzzle even if it is only 2 or 3 weeks of the year. My wife and daughter do not want to mess with buying SIM cards at international airport kiosks. It doesn't bother me much but I do like the convenience of deboarding and immediately having cell service.
Customers say
Customers like the service quality, value for money, and coverage of the sim card. They mention that the signal is good, the price is unbeatable, and there are no hidden fees. Some appreciate the coverage. However, some customers have reported issues with functionality and sensitivity. They also dislike money wasted and slow download speeds. Opinions are mixed on the ease of setup.
