Title: Affordable phone plan
Review: after plenty of phone plan research, I finally chose Infimobile. Not just because of the unbeatable price, but also its great coverage around NYC. At the beginning , I activated the sim smoothly but right after activation, my phone had no signal. Customer representative helped me solve the issue in a a second. After 1 month usage, i didnât encounter any issues.I am buying another for my parents. Would definitely recommend for those regular data require user.

Title: Don't Bother, - the data is virtually useless -
Review: Definitely not over exaggerating, Does work a times but speeds & general usefulness are not there, The value is incredible but what's the point, if it's unusable? Go with Mint, Tello, or Boost - you might get 3-5GB for around the same value per month, but at least they work.

Title: Review of service after using it for 6 months
Review: I just finished up the 6 month plan and here is my experience.Call quality - I averaged around 8 hours of talk time a week. I had, maybe, 1 to 2 dropped calls during that time. I give call quality a 4 out of 5 stars.Network - The carrier uses the Verizon network for its service. That network is very strong in my area. I did various speed tests throughout the 6 months and averaged around 80 Mbps down. Even in areas where Verizon wasnât as strong, I was getting 20-30 Mbps. I give the network 5 out of 5 stars.Price - Before switching, I was paying $45 a month for a 2 GB plan from Verizon. Thatâs $270 for 6 months. I paid $60 for 6 months of service through InfiMobile. No contest, 5 out of 5 stars.Number porting - I used a Google voice number to test out the porting process. I didnât experience any issues, but was also not told when it would be done. I had to open a case with their support to get the process going. The response was in an acceptable time frame. After I gave them the information, I expected an update as to when it would be done. About an hour later my Google voice service stopped on my phone. After a reboot of my phone, I saw that number was now in InfiMobile. I was fine with the lack of communication, but I could totally see someone being annoyed with it. 3 out of 5 stars. If you are on the fence about this service, I would recommend going with the 1 month prepaid service to âkick the tiresâ. I was very impressed with InfiMobile for the reasons stated above.

Title: "no sim found" edit: issue resolved
Review: Edit: this first SIM card I got was not recognized but they did send me a new SIM. They were a little slow on the draw with customer service. But they did ultimately make it right. The reception is excellent. The price is great. But no hotspot could hurt the value proposition a little bit. When the introductory offer is over they give you an option too renew for 21 bucks a month at 10 GB which is pretty good. That's 26 bucks a month if you need hotspot. That's pretty competitive and you can especially make it a good value proposition if you buy 6 months at a time and wait for discounts and so on.*****Original review is below but note the edit above to account for the resolution a couple weeks later.Went through the hassle of setting it all up but the SIM card appears to be a dud. I have no idea how to rectify the situation. I can return it supposedly but I've already opened it so I don't know how it works. The pricing is great but getting a broken sin and devoting hours to troubleshooting is making me wish I chose another option.

Title: Infimobile is a Verizon reseller. Chat is their best customer service.
Review: Infimobile is a Verizon reseller. If your phone does not do Verizon frequencies you will have problems. Use the verification site for your phone before ordering. My lte BLU G91S should not work with this network. It works great as a data plan, texts Ok but will not phone because the BLU is missing the phone frequencies.I love it since I hate talking on the phone and dealing with spam calls. I am finally training everyone to call my Google number if they want to talk. The data works great in the national Forest and on road trips. The price is golden. The only downside is paying $5 a month more to add a hot spot.

Title: Works all right, poor shipping
Review: The product works all right. However, when I ordered it, I paid the extra fee for fast shipping. The shipping was delayed, and it arrived several days after the estimated time for the slowest shipping option. I contacted the company about this, but no response.

Title: Service Activation Issues and Unfair Restocking Fees
Review: I followed the instructions to transfer/activate my service. It said it was successfully activated, but I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be ready within a few hours. However, after a couple of days, it still wasn't activated. I planned to return it but was informed that I would be charged a full or partial restocking fee. This feels like a scam!
