Q1: I already have an EIOTCLUB SIM card, can I refill the global plan?

A1: The global plan only applys to our bizgloblelink SIM card, and double network and triple-play network SIM cards cann't switch to the global network.

Q2: What is the difference between local data plans and global plans?

A2: Please ensure that the router is an unlocked device. Our APN is: america.bics. Some routers need to access their networks to set up our APN configuration. Please refer to the device instructions.thout the need for long-distance roaming fees, and you can freely switch networks without changing SIM cards.

Q3: Can I use this card in China? Does it have a phone number?

A3: Yes, the international SIM card data plan supports countries such as Asia/Europe/Canada. This is just a data SIM card, without a phone number, voice and text messages. International SIM cards can be used in China. You can see the detailed country/region information above.

Q4: Do I need to set up an APN in the router?

Title: This SIM card worked great for me in Korea!
Review: I used this SIM card while traveling in Korea and it worked perfectly. One thing to keep in mind is this is a physical SIM and not an e-SIM, however it was very easy to install. It comes with a little pin to pop open the SIM tray. Very easy. And they gave great customer support. I’d recommend this company.

Title: Did not work
Review: The card would not work for me in Auckland, New Zealand. The card shows it is "in service", it shows bars with an r for roaming and it shows the carrier name. I have tried enabling & disabling roaming. I have a Samsung A13 that supports 2 SIM cards. I have even set it to my primary card. I have rebooted the phone more than once with no help.I specifically purchased this data only card so I would not need to pay high roaming fees.I am heading to Sydney, Australia tomorrow I will see if I have the same issue.

Title: Not so good, most time with LTE sign
Review: We used it as s backup card for mapping in Spain and Portugal trip. Most time showed LTE or 3 G sign and very slow for googling. Not worth it.

Title: Very confusing purchase but seller rectified issues and it worked great
Review: The amazon ad has a picture that says 200+ countries. The description says 1GB is 77 countries. The delivered package is different than the amazon ad and says nothing about how many countries it covers. This seems deliberately confusing. You need to log into EIOTclub, enter the ICCID number, click on the bottom about plan and then click the tab that says unused, and you will see 1GB Global 200, which confirms that amazon picture. I dinged it two star because of how deliberately difficult they made it to identify what u actually purchased. If it works as advertised, I may add a star later.Edit. They reached out to me and took my suggestions to clarify the ad and instructions. It also worked as described. With those changes it should be a 5 star purchase. I left it 4 stars because what I experienced.Edit 2: After the trip review - worked flawlessly. Started running out of data, and was reminded when I dropped below 25%, painless top up of 1 more GB, which was enough to finish the trip. Excellent customer support.

Title: Easy to Setup & Use, Works Well, Decent Data Plans
Review: This sim card works great with my cellular cameras! First off, I had no issues getting this set up and it worked with my 4G trail camera, a 4G home security camera, and my 4G dash cam for my car (data only). It took mere minutes for me to get this up and running on my devices. The data plan pricing isn't bad for prepaid. It's also very easy to re-fill using their online portal. All things considered, this is a quick way to get 4G data access to your 4G capable devices without a headache. It just works and could be well worth it for a lot of people. I know it is for me!
