Title: Great Placemats for Kids
Review: These are great. We've had them a few months and they're holding up wonderfully. Very easy to wipe off, they don't slip off the table, and the kids really enjoy looking at the maps/charts. (I do wish you could choose your own set of 5 -- as others have noted, the human body one is a little... off for mealtime. I had to get this set because I wanted the Presidents one... even if I want to take a sharpie to a "President" or two...) Anyway, these are great, and I would buy again.

Title: Terrific mats for all ages
Review: This is the third order for these mats. We first purchased them for our grandkids to learn the world map, the states and their capitals, an introduction to the Periodic Chart and basic arithmetic.Most recently our 88-year-old dear friend who suffers from dementia, was having dinner at our house and he literally became enraptured with the placemats. He spent several hours poring over each one as they stimulated memories of where he had travelled and lived. In fact, he spent over an hour with one of our grandsons pointing out everywhere he had been in the world and then moved on testing our grandson on the states and their capitals.We purchased a set for him the next day; they arrived less than 24 hours later, and we brought them to his house. His wife was in tears as he has spent hours every day since then studying them over and over again!

Title: Errors have been corrected
Review: I was unsure about whether I should buy these placemats for our grandchildren because I had read there were errors on the periodic table and on the taste (teeth) section of the body placemat. I ordered anyway and decided it would promote conversations. Needless to say I was wonderfully surprised to see those errors have been corrected! The quality is excellent and I would highly recommend these learning placemats. (No strong odor was present on ours).
