Title: GREAT BOOK - SMALL SIZE
Review: First, this was purchased to replace my original given to a friend, so I'm familiar with this book.Second, it's one quarter the size of mine! When ordering books, I've duped myself, twice.This purchase is far better than the postage stamp sized 'Idiots Guide to Fishing' I thought I was getting a bargain on as a full size book.ALWAYS READ THE FULL, PRESENTED, AD ...... ALL OF IT!Now that that's done ....This smaller version is still complete and, even in its diminutive form, the print is easily readable.I WILL be ordering the full size edition at some point, though.If you love to get out to the grill or have the talent to produce grilled effects in the kitchen AND if you're a red meat aficionado, this is for you!It doesn't stop at main courses.There are sumptuous sides for your menu and plenty of rub and sauce ideas, too.Even if you're already well versed at cooking the perfect roast or steak, there are recipes, in here, that you will want to try or adapt to your cuisine knowledge base.
