Title: Stands only 3/4" tall from the bottom of the "V" that can hold a roast, chicken, etc.
Review: This is the time of year when pork butt goes on sale at the grocery stores. My boyfriend smoked his first one about two weeks ago on his new Bull grill. Unfortunately, several factors interfered with the smoking, and the meat was a little dry. He watched more videos and did additional research, hoping to solve the problems and smoke a juicer roast next time.One idea was to order this Omnikit Rib Rack for Grilling and Smoking. It's a 2-in-one design that not only allows you to use it as a rib rack, but you can also flip it, and it becomes a "roasting basket." We appreciated the large size 14.96"D x 3.15"W x 9.65"H, that could easily fit inside our Bull grill, so it was able to accommodate an 8 lb. pork butt. The rack only stands 3/4" tall from the bottom of the "V" where the butt laid and was enough to allow for good air circulation that "creates even heat distribution" for smoking any meat. Using this Omnikit rack helped cook 8 lb. of meat several hours faster than we originally thought it would take. We did worry it was cooking too fast, but in the end, it tasted great and was juicier than our prior pork butt.The rust-resistant, food grade stainless steel was easy to clean with hot soapy water, although we could have placed it in the dishwasher. The handles made it convenient to move the rack as needed. This is a great tool for any cook, inside or outside the kitchen.

Title: Held 7 slabs of ribs for the smoker
Review: I got this to smoke some ribs in my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker. I was able to fit 7 slabs on this rack and I had another rack that held 5 more slabs. This worked out great. I like that if you flip the rack upside down, it can hold 2 whole chickens! The rack is stainless steel and fairly easy to clean. It seems to be of good quality but only time will tell. For now though, I would recommend.

Review: The rack is good for ribs as other rib racks. However if I turn it over as in the description, it can hold full chicken or brisket tip for better smoke rings without turning the meat.Great idea & so far it worked for me many times!!!

Title: Perfect fit
Review: I got this rack specifically for my ninja woodfire grill. It’s a perfect fit! It allowed my ribs to be evenly cooked and properly smoked! It’s well made and withstood the 400 degree heat, and then cleaned up nicely in the dish washer! It’s pretty self explanatory to use and will level up your rib and smoker game!

Title: Fits my Ninja Woodfire, well made
Review: This is a sturdy little grill rack, helps cook a whole chicken or slab of ribs on the ninja woodfire smoker more evenly and allows for some of the moisture to drip off. Easy to clean, not terrible tall so I can store it easily with baking sheets and the like.
