Title: PERFECT FOR MY HOME
Review: I always bought Canon printer/scanners, then I wanted to try something else so I bought an HP. It was a major mistake bc 2 would not work with my older iOS. I switched back to Canon and it was an immediate automatic setup. This was the first time i did not have to do much, but the software connected to the wifi! I'm sticking to Canon and you should too. You can't beat the price either.

Title: RARE best printer for QUALITY prints AND excellent quantity of prints
Review: I am a professional artist. I have been using inkjet printers for over 4 decades. Canon is now my preferred printer.WHY? 1. Great size. I live in NYC where space is tight! The footprint of this printer is great. 2. Obtaining quality paper through Canon is easy and affordable. AFFORDABLE. 3. Same applies to the ink, though honestly I use off brands that work for canon printers with great success. 4. QUANITY of prints. I have never gotten so many great color prints. B/W prints come close to 100 on a single cartridge. My only grift is the set-up, as many complain about. Don't waste time trying to connect via WiFi. The USB cable works great and your'e up and running in minutes. HIghly recommend.

Title: Works Well for what it is
Review: Does not have automatic double sided printing. You have to do double sided printing manually with this printer. And the ink supply runs out pretty quickly. But it is a cheap laser printer. And most cheap laser printers have a limited ink supply. So it is pretty normal for a cheap laser printer.The photos are pretty good for a cheap laser printer. But again, do not expect to get a lot of prints off the limited ink supply.If you want a lot of printed projects that use a lot of ink, get a large capacity printer. They are more expensive than laser printers. But they can give you more printouts before you need to put in more ink. Unfortunately, with some large capacity printers you have to refill the ink yourself because they do not have easy to replace cartridges like the laser printers. And avoid recyclable or reusable ink cartridges. They can leak and ruin your printer.This printer is a good quality laser printer, despite the manual double sided printing. It will function as well as any other laser printer brand and print nice quality pictures. Just remember, is a laser printer. They will mess up your prints at times due to ink clogs, human error, and occasionally internet connection problems. It is something that they will all do. But this printer will scan and print very clear pictures and documents. Canon also sells cameras. They know good quality photos when they see them. Try out their cameras sometime too. They are wonderful once you learn about them and are not too complicated to use.

Title: A cost effective solution to home printing needs that works well with our Chrome Books.
Review: We liked the simplicity of setup and how well it works for home use. The print quality, color and speed are good for our needs. We use it with a USB cable versus the wireless application. It is a good unit and has proven to be a cost effective solution to our printing requirements. Our other Canon printer lasted 16 years and we were happy with it, and still use it on occasion.

Title: You Get What You Pay For
Review: I got the TR 4720 because I just needed a budget printer, and fast.Owning this printer, is mainly dealing with constant troubleshooting until it finally gives you what you want.I dealt with weird page sizing issues when I first bought it. I continue to deal with a never-ending struggle to get the printer and my MacBook Air to connect wirelessly.Even after changing to a physical connection via usb, they will sometimes take 20 minutes to communicate the print job.The display looks like that printer you had in 2004.The ink ran out after printing maybe 40 band-style concert setlists. The black runs out fast if you’re using a printer for what people usually use printers for: black and white document printing. If you’re using it for pictures or other fun things, the ink runs out even faster because there are no dedicated cyan/magenta/yellow cartridges. They’re all condensed into one small “color” cartridge. I recommend stocking up on ink and buying a 3 pack or something.3 stars because it has printed what I needed it to… eventually. It is not fancy, and it almost functions. But it was dirt cheap so…

Review: Well, the little rascal that is my Microsoft laptop won't allow me to install updates needed to operate this printer, but my android phone can do it, no sweat.The printer initially kept dropping the wifi connection and entering a password on this keyboard is an exploitative laden task surely leading to temporary insanity. Another maddening feature is the tiny menu screen. It is nearly impossible to read in natural light.The instructions included to connect to wifi are difficult to follow, at best. At least, they were for me. However, once I learned to send print orders via my phone, I learned to like this printer. It's fast enough. The ink is cheaper than most. The copy function works well unattended. It's fairly quiet and lightweight. For the price, it is a decent personal printer.Heed this advice. Don't buy a Microsoft laptop thinking you can get rid of S mode. I have been trying for years to get rid of it. Honestly, if Microsoft wants to control what I can download, they should have bought the computer for me. If you can't get rid of S mode, you may have problems when you add newer peripherals. My computer would support the 3500 models in this series, but a 4700 is just too modern, lol.Also, I initially thought the problem was the printer. The company I bought from gave me no problems with offering a return. It was perfectly painless. However, I really needed this the day it arrived and now I won't paet with it.
