Title: Saved me from a costly phone repair. Note: Hold on to the plastic applicator
Review: I have had this for several months and it done exactly what I needed it to do.Privacy works good... a little too good unfortunately. I noticed it made the screen darker, so I was having to increase the brightness of the screen to see, which resulted in shorter battery life on my phone. If I was outside with sunglasses on, I basically had to turn it to max brightness to see the screen enough to tell who was calling. All that said I could be reading something on my phone and people would ask why I'm looking at a blank phone until I showed them the screen, so it did its job.This week I was standing upstairs in my house next to the railing and dropped my phone. It bounced through the railing and downstairs on the stone tile floor. When it hit the floor, it bounced out of the "Apple" case (sure glad I spent money on the official case, lol) and landed face down. My heart sank. Surely it didn't survive that. I ran downstairs and picked it up and the corners of the glass were cracked and there was a large hairline crack down the middle. I peeled off the screen protector and my screen is perfectly fine. It was just the protector that broke.I went through Zagg to get a replacement and it was an easy process. They even give you the option to change to a different screen protector, so I ended up changing to a clear one this time and it only cost me $5 for the change + shipping which was $9.99 (if I had gone with the privacy screen again it would have been $0 +shipping). They even gave a discount on anything else for my phone, so I ended up getting a new case as well (since the apple one abandoned ship) at a discounted price and no increase to the shipping charge.Only downside is the replacement screen protector doesn't come with another plastic applicator so I'm wishing I had kept mine. I'm going to reach out to Zagg to see if I could get another one, but I figure it's probably normal for them to not include it. So yeah, keep it in a junk drawer or cabinet somewhere just in case you need it someday.

Title: Pixelation and bubbles - buyer beware
Review: This screen protector creates significant pixelation on the device. It is very noticeable and decreases the clarity of the screen and gave me headaches. Additionally, this product seems to be incredibly prone to bubbles upon application. I’ve applied tens of screen protections without bubbling in the past and was surprised to see about 4 moderate sized bubbles under this product after following instructions for installation. Lastly, this product does seem to affect touchscreen function. Perhaps it’s the bubbles, or maybe the product itself, but my phone’s touchscreen is not functioning at 100%. Will be returning and replacing with the 2 way privacy screen with hopes of fewer issues.

Title: Zagg products aren’t what they use to be
Review: The screen protector shows lines when brightness is too high, it cracked two days after installing from a very small fall that usually wouldn’t cause a crack. It was easy to install no bubbles or dust underneath. It doesn’t smudge but it’s over priced Zagg is t what it used to be I wouldn’t buy again.

Review: I have been using zagg for almost 8 years now. This is the best of the best. I have a pitbull mix that was literally chewing on my phone , two tiny cracks in the protector and now damage to the phone. The lifetime warranty is literally hassle free after you make an account with zagg ive replaced 8 times with them no questions asked. Also dont listen to the reviews that say this blocked Dynamic Island, face id, or anything else. You just need to install it with patience and they even made it easier with a tray so you can really align it without eyeballing. Forever zagg worth every penny
