Amazing battery life.Customer ServiceI was following all of the instructions on how to maintain the clippers, but it started to stall after a few months of use. I tried to recharge the clippers even though it was reading at 93% battery life, but it continued to stall and deplete the battery charge. I reached out to NOVAH customer service directly and was blown away by the level of service: friendly, prompt, helpful. They sent a replacement to our home, but the delivery service sent it to the wrong address/lost the package. I let NOVAH know and they sent another replacement! This level of customer service rarely exists these days. I'll be using NOVAH clippers for as long as my son will let me cut his hair. Thank you, NOVAH!

Review: So my previous clippers tugged at my son’s hair and was super old so it was time to replace. This one has all these bells and whistles and also had both big and small clippers so I went with this and I’m soooo glad I did. I am by no means professional but am always having a hard time with booking barber appointments until it’s too late and my son looks like a shag-doll. So, I ended up starting to cut his hair on my own from early on and I’m not that good at it but honestly, ain’t the worse either. He hates his hair buzzed but only lets me cut it if I make designs. 🤪 With my previous clippers, my lines would have to be super duper thick so the hair designs looked so stupid. 😂 Luckily my son didn’t notice because he’s seeing it at an angle. But I tell you, it wasn’t pretty. Lol! But these new clippers come with a smaller version so it’s much easier to make the lightening bolt he’s always asking for. He said he likes it so much more because this set comes with a cape so hair would not make his back itch like crazy. And also the clippers didn’t tug at his hair like the old ones. Honestly. The old ones were such crap that it made anything look quite amazing. I am super duper happy with these clippers. It was sooo smooth and both clippers actually came fully charged so you can start using it right away. Battery life lasts a very long time. Even after a haircut, it was still at 100%. The clippers are not too heavy but has enough weight where they are easy to maneuver but has a good hold. Basically the ease of use is at a click of a button so for an amateur like me, it was so easy to use. They are very aesthetically pleasing too. I really enjoy cutting my son’s hair and this made it so much more fun for me. I included pictures of my son’s haircut so you can see. But again, I have to reiterate that I have never cut hair before I had a son. So if you don’t think it looks professional, it’s cuz it ain’t. 😂

Title: Great value at $80
Review: I've been using this set for a couple months, I use the trimmer every other day for my face, and the big clipper for cutting my two 7 & 9 yo boys hair every 2-3 weeks. Previously used Andis T trimmer battery and Easystyle+ corded clipper for haircuts. Although I prefer the body shape of the Andis trimmer, I'm getting used to the barrel shape of this one. The T on this trimmer is also wider than Andis or Wahl blades which also takes some getting used to, it's ok, but I prefer the narrower T blades for facial trimming. Battery life is excellent on both trimmers, and digital battery life display is useful. I prefer this for my boys haircuts over the corded Andis, it's much quieter and still has plenty of power for multiple haircuts on a single charge. My one wish would be for a #6 (3/4"/19mm) clipper guard, this set only goes up to #4 (1/2"/13mm). Overall good quality set that is well worth the price I paid.

Title: Best clipper and trimmer I've ever owned!
Review: Easily the best clippers and trimmer I've ever owned. I love that they're wireless. I've only used the clippers once and the trimmer a couple of times, but battery life seems good. I only used 3% on the clippers and 5% on the trimmers. (Love the digital battery life readout.) Both are easy to grip with the rubberized and bumpy handle. Which is very good for me as some nerve damage in my hands makes it easy for me to drop things, but these are like glue in my hand.They cut through hair better than anything I've ever used. I have very thick hair so even brand new clippers tend to kind of slow down or jam up. I was careful with the new one, taking small sections but even still, it didn't seem to slow down at all. Even more impressive since it's running on a battery. It went through it quickly and didn't really leave behind stragglers as other clippers tend to do.Same can be said of the trimmer. The trimming I can say worked just as well as the clippers. I also used it to shave with no comb on it and the efficiency and speed of it was amazing. I wish I could put it into words better.My only real complaint would have to be that the only thing to store everything is the box it came in. No bags for the combs, no case for the clippers/trimmer. So cardboard box it is. I just feel for the quality of the product that it should come with at least a protective case for the clipper and trimmer. Only reason I dropped my rating to 4 star. Unless something crazy happens to them or they stop working within a year, I will probably purchase from this company again when it's time to replace them. (Unless they're that good that I don't need to, then I'll give it 6 stars!)

Title: Really great set if you do a lot of cutting
Review: I cut my hair and trim my beard once a week every week. These came in to me with almost a full charge, each was around 90% charged. I got 17 weeks worth of cuts on that charge. That’s pretty good battery life for the price. They cut well, they are fast, not very noisy. This is my second set of these and I love them. The first set lasted me a few years. I don’t cut hair professionally so I can’t get an opinion on that but for the home user these are more than sufficient. Use the oil provided and keep them clean and these will take care of you.

Review: Very nice. Well made, nice balance in my hands, quiet and nice clean cutting. I was about to buy another set when I can upon a video rating on these and I’m glad I did. Decent price too.Note: I’m nota profesional barber, I use these to cut my own hair. These cut much better than my previous cheap clippers.

Review: Both the clippers and trimmers seem to be of high quality; heavy with a metal grip and good at cutting hair. I had a problem with the clippers within the warranty period, when switched on, they would activate but shut off after 3 seconds. I found Amazon's returns process to be somewhat difficult to navigate, they insisted I contact the seller directly but there was no way to know whether or not these messages were being delivered. There was a lengthly delay, but eventually NOVAH got in touch and were excellent to deal with. They resolved my issue and I am very happy with the outcome.
