Title: Great little grill
Review: This is one of those rare products with excellent assembly instructions, and all parts present! Went together in an hour or so, and performs beautifully. Even heating, working igniter, good design, and solid ergonomics mean we have become summertime grilling fiends. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Title: Well engineered and constructed
Review: This is an excellent grill, especially for the price and considering that it is on the low end of the Weber line. I give it 5 stars in every category.I'll talk about the assembly process first because many people report having trouble putting the grill together. I am an automotive service technician at a car dealership and have better than average mechanical skills. The cars I work on are orders of magnitude more complex than a gas grill, and assembling this grill was a breeze.First, get yourself a powered screwdriver or screw gun with a torque-limiting clutch. If you donât have one, borrow or buy one. There are around 40 screws that you will need to install and tighten, and doing it by hand will be tedious and time consuming. Also, someone mentioned getting a cut from a sharp edge. The edges of the metal are indeed sharp, so be careful handling the parts. Weber should have done a better job of de-burring the edges. Some reviewers reported having difficulty getting the screws started because the holes didn't line up. This is absolutely not the case, the build quality and manufacturing tolerances are excellent, and everything lines up perfectly. Where some people run into trouble is that they tighten each screw as they install them. Doing this will make assembly difficult or impossible. It is very important to start all screws by hand and leave them loose until all are installed. I cannot emphasize this enough, tightening the screws should be the very last thing you do when assembling the grill. This should be stated in the instructions, but it is not. Leaving them loose during assembly allows the parts to shift a little so the holes can be lined up.All screws and small hardware are packaged in bags labeled A through F, and the instructions indicate which bag to use. I initially thought they had shorted me some screws, the instructions were calling for screws from the A bag, which were all used up. I robbed screws from the C bag to complete the assembly, and in the end I had a screw, a washer and a cotter pin left over. Some reported finding the legs bent when they were unpacked. One of the legs on mine was slightly bent, but the steel is light-gauge and I was able to straighten the leg by hand and with no tools. It took me about an hour and a half to complete the assembly, using a helper to place the cover on the grill and install the hinge pins. It could be done by one person, but having a helper for this step makes the process easier. The assembly instructions are almost entirely pictorial, with very little text. I usually donât like this, but the drawings are clear and very detailed. If you follow the steps listed in the instructions in order, you will have no problems.I attached a tank of LP, checked for leaks (very important!) and fired it up. Light the left burner first, the right burner lights from the left one. The grill reached 600 degrees in about 10 minutes on a hot July day. I havenât cooked anything yet, but the grill appears to work fine and I expect good results. Another excellent product from Weber!

Title: Works as advertised
Review: Everything was there and works well but if you have no mechanical experience the assembly instructions are slightly confusing which can make it difficult for a novice to assemble. The propane tank fullness gage is basically worthless. Cooking and lighting is easy and the heat distribution is very good and easy to control. the grill plates seem to be doing extremely well so far and do not deteriorate like some cheaper brands. Overall I recommend this grill as being a great value.

Title: High quality grill that is pretty easy to assemble Arrived ahead of schedule
Review: Based upon the look of the shipping carton, I would say that Weber could do a better job of making sure that the grill legs are not bent . It looks like the leg had to be bent BEFORE shipping. It was fixable but Weber needs to take note. The grill is a magnificent cooker.

Title: Quality grill for money
Review: We have always purchased Weber grills because of their quality. Although the material felt a bit lightweight and cheap with this grillI put the base together and as a female , it went well. I wouldâve preferred written instructions versus pictorials but process went fair. As someone else mentioned, there were 2 pieces that were extremely bent and required some extensive manipulation to make them fit together.Overall , I trust the Weber name and company. It seems like a great little grill for the money and we are pleased with itI will say one more thing. Weberâs customer service is great. I have an older tailgate grill that is in need of repair and they got right back with me on what could be wrong and provided a link to the parts and numbers. Very responsive

Title: There's a lot to be said about getting this Weber grill!
Review: When my too-large and very old Sears outdoor gas grill decided to stop working, my son recommend that I pick up this smaller Weber from Amazon. It was a smart move for a number of reasons. This is probably the least expensive Weber outdoor grill, it occupies less space, and it still has features which I and my son didn't know existed on Weber grills (he has a much larger model, but it's several years old). The first thing that impressed me is that the refillable gas can (you have to supply one because the grill doesn't come with one) hangs on the side of the grill for very easy access. More importantly, as you use the propane and the tank gets lighter, the grill will tell me very plainly how much gas is left in it. Thus no more night-time surprises when I'm cooking and suddenly there's no gas left, and no place open to swap out the can for a filled one. Then there is the automatic ignition which is powered by an easy-to-reach single AA battery, a very clever innovation. The burners light right up, one on each side and one in the back as well. I turned them on full blast for 20 minutes before using the grill to cook in order to burn off any coating or dirt that might have come with the grill, and it was remarkable how fast the grill heated up inside with the top down. Of course the lid has a very readable temperature gauge so you can more carefully regulate the heat if you wish to. As a result, I could do a roast on this grill without worrying about over- or under-cooking it.Another terrific feature is that it came with excellent, fast, professional assembly. The fellow doing the assembly had a three-hour window to arrive at my house at an agreed-upon date. He called beforehand to make sure I was around, then showed up, opened the box that had been delivered shortly before, and assembled all the pieces, big and small, remarkably quickly. Very prompt, professional and accurate service, at no extra charge. You just can't lose on getting this grill from Amazon. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Customers also appreciate its size, how well it works, and cooking speed. However, some customers have different opinions on the ease of assembly.
