Get the good times going with a bunch of burgers, oozing with melted cheese, on the Char-Broil® Performance Series™ 4-Burner Gas Grill. Keep it rolling with grilled kabobs loaded with chunks of juicy steak, chicken or shrimp, bell pepper and onion. Add a couple ears of corn, some asparagus spears and a few jalapeño poppers to the grates for the most delicious way to eat your veggies.
GAS GRILL: Powered by liquid propane gas, this grill runs on a 20-pound propane tank, not included. It reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps and maintains even heat.
COOKING AREA: Grill up to 24 burgers, 20 chicken breasts or 12 steaks on 475-square-inches of primary cooking space. Cook meats and larger items on the primary grates and use the 130-square inch warming rack to cook with indirect heat and keep food warm.
BTU RATING: This grill has a 36,000 BTU rating.
SIDE BURNER: A 10,000 BTU side burner lets you keep your sides and sauces warm while you grill. You can also use it to boil water, sauté vegetables or brew a pot of coffee. When not in use, flip the lid down and use the surface as an additional workspace.
SIDE SHELF: A large side shelf provides ample space to set plates, tools, sauces and rubs while you grill.
GRATES: Cast-iron grates are porcelain-coated to resist rust and make them easier to clean. They retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks.
CONTROL KNOBS: Control knobs raise and lower the flame for each burner. Turn clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease. They're LED-illuminated to give the grill distinctive style and provide ambient light when grilling at night.
IGNITION: Electronic ignition ensures reliable starts every time. Simply turn the control knob, press the ignition button and the burners are lit.
TEMP GAUGE: The lid-mounted temperature gauge displays accurate temps, so you always know the cooking temperature inside your grill.
GREASE TRAY: A removable grease tray catches drippings and slides out for easy cleaning. You can insert an aluminum liner to contain the drippings and keep the grease tray clean. When you’re all done, simply throw the liner away.

Title: High End Grill - very reasonable price
Review: Loved that we decided to get the Charbroil grill instead of spending twice the price for the name brand we usually get. This is reasonably priced, made in U.S.A. and is equal to or better than the Weber we usually buy! It was easy to put together (once my husband read the directions). We just moved across the country and did not want to transport our old grill, so we needed a new one! This is attractive, compact and grills like a pro! It even has a built in side burner to keep side dishes warm while we grill the main event!

Title: Great product for.the price
Review: I replaced an old Char Broil grill with this one and I have been absolutely blown away on how well this barbecues steaks and chicken. I only have to turn my steaks once and get a great medium rare steak. The burners are low enough that even the fatty foods do not burn. The grates are very strong and easy to clean. The ability to pull out the cleaning tray for easy discard of waste is the real asset of this grill. I wish I could have had this grill when I was entertaining more as this is the grill for that very event. Thanks so much for a great grill! I'm thoroughly happy with this grill. I probably use this BBQ at least twice a week. I think the only issue I had was in assembly as it was only provided by pictures only. I'm not a great fix it kind of guy so assembly took a little longer as I had to figure things out on my own. Just wish there would be step by step directions but in the end I was able to assemble the best grill that I have ever owned! Thanks again

Title: Entry level gas grill gets the job done
Review: I had the previous version of this product, liked it, and bought the new one as a replacement after years of hard use. This is a great entry-level grill, with nothing fancy. That means less stuff can go wrong, and I've found both this one and its predecessor to hold strong against demanding use. There are 4 internal burners under the grates, and one on the side, which puts out just enough heat to keep a small pot simmering.I assembled it, and the whole process took maybe 30-45 minutes with tools. The grill comes together easily, with the notable exception of some of the bolts attaching the horizontal side wings to the main body. You will want a short bit or ratcheting driver for these, space is tight! One last note on upkeep: you need to CLEAN OUT the gas tubes after long periods of non-use, to clear out spider webs and other debris that can block gas flow. The only real complaint I have is the propane holder, which is different from the previous version, and looks like they removed a LOT of supporting material. The propane tank is held in place, but maybe not as firmly as before...Still, for the money, I'm very happy with this grill and expect to get years of work from it.

Title: Great barbecue unit!
Review: Love this barbecue grill, especially since it WAS shippable to me in Japan; others such as Weber, did not deliver to Japan. I see where people received this product with pieces bent/missing, etc. Every piece was intact, with nothing missing. It took me just under 3 hours to assemble, but the first 45 minutes were spent on Step No.1, assembling the front panel. The holes are such that you cannot use an electric drill, so I spent 45 minutes trying to get the screws through the holes to secure the panels. Finally figured out the secret; start by pre-screwing the screws into each panel's holes before you try to connect the panels together. This proved to be the ticket with all the remaining screw holes in the unit, saving lots of time in its assembly. So, when all is said & done, normal assembly should be around a couple of hours. We grilled the entire summer last year, and it is a first class barbecue grill, cooking our meat, vegetables, soups (on the remote burner) just the way we want them. Can't beat the quality for the price, so I recommend this to someone wanting a nice barbecue grill.

Title: Five stars for product, ZERO stars for Amazon!
Review: With a prime membership, I ordered this item (on Wednesday) and I was given a two day delivery for today, Friday. Didn't ship out until today oh, and they changed my delivery date to Saturday. I was furious as I have a party scheduled for Saturday and their new delivery time was by 10pm. It takes 45 minutes to put these things together. I received no apology from Amazon. Went to Lowes and got a better Charbroil (five burners) on sale and already put together--for get this, $249! So I guess I should be happy Amazon failed me, I saved over $100 and got a better product.

Title: Buying a second grill for my brother
Review: I have had several gas grills, never interested in a built-in. It isn't the fanciest, but it does just what you need and is durable. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. Really worth the fee. Hey, I'm buying a second one for my brother, what else do I need to say?

Title: Awesome Grill!
Review: I had been overdue for an upgrade. For a dude like me, this is a chunk of change to spend on a grill, but the walmart piece of junk I bought 2 years earlier had already mostly disintigrated, not to mention the other issues i had with it.I decided to go with a brand that doesn't change their name every year, Char-Broil.I have not been disappointed. It's smaller than most 4 burner gills i've seen but I like it that way.I can reproduce grilling results too. That tells me it heats evenly when the results are reproducable. I made a steak bobby flay style, and I can keep doing it every time.On my last grill, I could never get the results perfect. I always had to adjust placement and timing and it might work once but then it would change. Not so on this one.Pull your steaks out and let them get to room temp. Set the grill on high and let heat up.Drizzle the steak in olive oil, and grind some salt on it. Flip over and repeat and let set while grill heats up.When grill is ready, put on the steaks, shut the lid and wait for 5 minutes. Flip steaks over, shut the lid, wait 5 minutes. Pull the steaks off the grill and cover with in a tin foil "tent" and wait 5 more minutes.Perfect.
