Title: Where has this thing been all my life?!
Review: I recently woke up with a terrible stiff neck on one side after sleeping on it wrong. Unfortunately that coincided with a hurricane headed our way and we had a lot of heavy prep that needed to happen.Because I babied the painful side during the heavy lifting, I actually caused the other side of my body to knot up and cause even worse neck pain, but on both sides of my neck instead of just one. I also had a terrible knot in my shoulder blade that nothing would diminish, and it was making the neck pain even worse, and was radiating an ache from my shoulder blade to my upper arm and even my ribcage. I tried everything to fix it: TENS unit, massage gun, heat, ice, creams, biofreeze, and none of it helped. I came across this tool, and I was skeptical but desperate, so I bought it.Within 5 minutes of the package arriving, I was grinning ear to ear because it released the knot in my shoulder blade almost instantly. I have had it for 2 days and I can move my neck again, and it takes no time to release the knots. I’ve only had to use it for about 30 seconds a day when I feel like the muscle is tensing back up.I can’t believe I didn’t know this thing existed, but I know I’ll never be without it now! It’s great, and really intuitive to use!

Review: Helps reach not just pressure points but places that you can’t reach. Reach parts without hurting, pulling yourself & hurting worse. Very helpful breaking knots, allowing oxygen and better blood flow. I got two. I don’t like to be inconvenienced. This COMES WITH A BIG CHART to show you best way. Tape it on the back of your door. Title: Totally worth having but they miss on final manufacturing step that would take it over the top.
Review: Sandpaper. A buffer. Something! The way it is made is like it is cast within two halves of a die, which leaves a seam all along the edge where the two halves mate. It is a minor ridge... but it is unpleasant especially when working parts of the tool against skin. So little effort would make such a difference. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to a basic detail. And am going to take sandpaper to mine. Shouldn't have to... So I am annoyed by that. Otherwise, the thing is pretty awesome. It is very solid. I am a larger person, and am confident putting a lot of pressure against this in twisting ways and it barely flexes at all under stress. High marks for the material. And, with a larger-sized girth, I am able to just manage the S-curves around my abdominal diameter to reach my back. Sometimes a bit tight and less than ideal, comfort wise. But it still works enough to give some relief. A plus-size person version would probably be a runaway hit if they bothered to cater to this pain-stricken demographic. Athletic models make for sexier advertisements, I understand. But still... People in pain will part with the money gladly if it brings them relief. This tool has been helpful to me from the start with my neck, upper and lower back, and feet. I am still learning ways to use it but got dividends right from the start. Now about this manufacturing issue... talking to you, Back Buddy makers... You're so 90% there with this. Step up your game and fix the scratchy "seam" issue. Invest in a buffer, and you'll knock it out of the park. Make a plus-size version, while you're at it. You're just walking away from good money and a grateful customer base. For all you normie-norm-norms out there with standard sized middles, this is probably almost perfect. If yours is scratchy like mine, sandpaper might just might do the trick if you don't mind the elbow grease and plastic (or resin?) dust blackening your lungs a little. (Wear a mask.. they're all the rage anyway).

Title: Amazing product
Review: First of all, a short back story. I've gone to massage therapists and every one of them has been unable to get a knot out of my shoulder. I've had injections to try and release this knot. I had reservations of this actually working but i thought why not try it. Well, it worked the first try. The muscle twitched, popped and released. The knot is gone. The build quality is excellent. Very little flex and feels solid.

Review: I got this tool after seeing it in the trigger point therapy workbook by Clair and Amber Davies. I got that book after reading reviews for another trigger point tool. Both great buys.I was going to get the alternate and amazon's choice product for 20$ less but reading the reviews made me get the original.I have to say this material makes me think of plastic links we used to install on the Ford Taurus line way back. I once tried to break them with a heavy ball peen hammer and it was a no go.This material has very little give which makes using it to transfer pressure to your trigger points a breeze. I highly recommend getting this quality tool versus an alternate.The tool works great for trigger points. easy to put together. no wobble in the joint.
