Title: Fast and simple hassle free experience
Review: My tablet ended up with a hairline fracture to the screen. They refunded me the purchase price with an Amazon gift card so I could purchase a new one. I got the gift card via email less then 5 hours after the old tablet was scanned by UPS for its return. I will continue to use their insurance plan which is a monthly service plan at a reasonable price.

Title: As of now this is worth the price and it has been easy to file.
Review: I am on my fourth claim and they all went through the team is very nice about helping file the claim and the app is also super easy and user friendly. I got a refund of the price of the items but not taxes which is ok and I have 2 successful transaction that came back and awaiting the two I did today but they are pretty good and quick with refunding the money for the items â¦. You just have to find a box to ship the items back but they provide the label if u have access to a printer or you can allow pick up from a shipping company all in all a wonderful experience and buy.

Title: Began as "Fast Frustration-Free claims," morphed into 1-2 hrs/claim + chat + phone, etc
Review: I'm not so sure I'll be keeping this service.Since I subscribed to the service and connected it through my Amazon account, one would assume Asurion is able to cross-reference your account and the orders you submit to make it easy. That's what they make it seem like.It's quite bait and switchy, and in my mind 100% purposeful that they suck you in with lines like "Fast and easy claims." "Frustration-free." Yea, maybe the first time, but after that it quickly devolves into a process that will make you go absolutely insane.The first time I simply selected the order, put in the info, connected it to my Amazon order ID, entered the issue with the product. Bam, approved. Print return label, send off the product. Done. Wow, that was easy, this seems very worth it for how much I shop on Amazon.Then comes the second time (for a charging dock). File the initial "claim," hit submit and it does nothing. Instead it starts over and you have to fill out everything again. Hit submit, now it says "You have to call to speak to an agent" to initiate a claim. So I spend 30 minutes on the phone providing all the same information for a third time. Total time spent: 1 hour.Third time, right now, for a stupid automatic soap dispenser. File the initial claim, have to do that twice once again. Now I have to chat with an agent. Agent is obviously juggling 25 different people. Has no information whatsoever about my account, me, the product, nothing. Trying to file the initial 2 claims before connecting to an agent obviously does nothing, it's seems like purposeful hoops to jump through with the hope that you become irritated and stop filing. I have to provide him my Amazon account, the original Asurion order number, Amazon order number for the product, all the information for the claim, all my info (email, phone, mailing address, etc, etc). Total time spent: 1.5 hours filing the claim.Now I get an email having to provide plan receipts, Amazon order receipts, photos of the product from all angles, and after that's all submitted, now I have to wait a "Documents Review" which takes 1-3 days. This is all for an automatic soap dispenser. Total time spent for the entire claims process the third time: Half a weekThis is obvious purposeful false marketing and bait and switchy, at least when it comes to what they market this plan as. Pretend like it's a fast an easy process by allowing the first one to go through quickly. Then slowly ramp up the amount of hoops the customer must jump through to process each and every claim. Turn what was labeled as a "fast" and "frustration-free" experience that takes minutes with an app into a multi-day process per claim that requires submitting claims 2-3 times yourself followed by redoing the process with a person followed by uploading documents and photos followed by days worth of review.Well done Asurion. I was considering keeping this service for a very long time and even recommending it to every single person I know who shops on Amazon based on the first experience. But if the next one is as insane and time consuming as the one I just filed, I'm out.Marketing bait and switch.

Title: Hassle free experience
Review: I purchase a Dreame robot vacuum on Amazon in January 2024. The product worked well until about September it began to act up and not clean properly. After a few resets and troubleshooting with the vendor, they told me thereâs nothing more they could do because while the product is not working as it usually do there is a no return policy after 30 days. The defect was not included as part of the manufacturerâs warranty.Luckily for me I enrolled the item in the protection plan. After discussing the issue with the team, they advised that I send in the product for their engineers to validate my issue and repair or replace. Within two days of sending via there return slip with ups, I received response that they were unable to repair the product and would provide a 100% refund.In totally happy. This was a humbling experience after spending more than $1000 on a product. Iâm now inclined to add this to subsequent purchases. Well worth the money and the sacrifice. Thank you asurion. Iâm one pleased customer.

Title: I am happy I signed up for Asurion Complete Protect
Review: I know it sounds funny, but my dog literally knocked my Logitech G502 X Plus mouse into my cup of water, with her tail. I contacted Asurion, and the refunded me the entire originally paid purchase price. and I have now replaced that mouse with the exact same item, in just over one week. The person from Asurion was a very friendly, and helpful, young lady, and the process was simple. I just needed to take my damaged mouse to the UPS store, using the shipping label provided by Asurion, and the very next day I received an Amazon gift card in the amount of my original purchase. So glad I decided to sign up for the Asurion subscription, and I will keep it active moving forward.
