Title: Still working great over a year later!
Review: I bought this air filter for my bedroom about 14 months ago, and I love it. I wasn’t expecting too much because of the price, but I’ve definitely gotten more than my money’s worth out of this.I purchased this air filter for three reasons: to cut down on dust, reduce the smell of smoke (I live with smokers), and as an extra precaution when my area is impacted by poor air quality (typically from wildfires). This has done a great job solving for all of the above. It actually catches way more dust than I anticipated, and works pretty quickly to eliminate or reduce odors. I’ve noticed my bedroom consistently smells fresher and less stuffy than the other rooms in the house. Since I’m allergic to dust, this has also really helped with my allergies.Honestly, even if it stopped working 5 minutes from now, I like it so much that I’d probably just order a new one. Not sure how this would work in larger rooms, but great for small to medium spaces like bedrooms and offices.The only downsides worth noting:1) On the two highest settings, it’s not so loud that you’d have to raise your voice to have a conversation over it, but loud enough that I turn it off or put it on a lower setting during zoom meetings. It sounds a bit like a white noise machine. That said, the 2 lower modes are pretty quiet.2) The small blue lights above the control panel stay on in sleep mode. I’m someone that can’t sleep with any lights on, so when I want to run this at night, I have to cover the control panel.Overall though, it’s a very reliable and powerful little air filter for the price!

Title: The Automatic setting is a very nice feature
Review: Very nice air purifier. The description says it will clean a room up to 1076 sq feet. I think it works fairly well in a small apartment < 1000 sq ft but will work best in a room < 600 sq ft. From its low setting to high it is not a noisy device; with the exception being turbo (only available in automatic mode).The auto setting works very good. When I am cooking a meal, depending on how much smoke is released into the air, the purifier will adjust the fan speed from low to high up to Turbo; it will continue working until the air quality is normal again. As air quality improves the fan will shift from turbo back to low; then it goes into a sleep like mode until needed again. Of course if you prefer operating it manually you wont be disappointed. One last function I like is the UV light; not sure how effective it is, but I read it can kill bacteria. Reviewer: andrew

Title: Fine customer service after a big problem.
Review: I really complained about this purifier because mine failed after four months, but they got ahold of me and immediately sent me a new one. It seems to be performing fine and time will tell if it continues to perform. I read a review that it did not purify well, but that has not been the case for me. In the 4 months before the first one quit on me it did a good job of purifying. I had it in a small room and actually needed to change the filter right before it quit. The filter was obviously filthy, so perhaps the bad review was because that one was used in too large a space. This purifier is not a large room unit let alone a whole house unit and the filters are not terribly expensive, so if it holds up it will be a good choice for small rooms. I rate it tentatively 5 star for great customer service.

Title: Excellent answer for those wanting cleaner air in their home
Review: I purchased three of these for my home and other than the fact that recently (after my purchase) they increased the coupon from $5 to $10 off costing me $15 more I am still very pleased with the purchase. I must admit that I did not realize that if I did not set the timer that the units would run continuously which is what I had wanted. The fan on 2 or 3 does have noticeable ( though not disturbing) sound but at 1 is almost silent. Filters are super easy to replace and cost far less than most for these devices. I have monitor to test particulates etc. and so far these appear to be doing what I want. In my bedroom for some reason dust accumulates faster than rest of the house and after a month of use notice a significant reduction in the dust in the room. In fact none where usually would have to dust every week. This unit will only cover 254 square feet of room so keep that in mind if considering. If your use is like mine then I can high recommend this unit. Recently one of the three units stopped working and I was afraid that I would have to use warranty but realized that I needed to hold the power button down longer as I had apparently turned unit off accidentally as wall switch shut off current to the outlet. Working fine again. Also I noted comment about the aromatherapy tray. I do not use that as there are warning about using these if you have pets. I did before knowing that try one and I also noticed it seemed to cause me sinus issues. The aroma was very slight but noticeable. Now with my dog I would not use this out of concern for her.
