Review: I'm a fan of anolon and happy with these pans. They are easy to clean and don't warp in the oven when they get hot. My wife had cooked a roast on one but put a silicon liner on first. All the juice that went under the liner scorched to charcoal. With a little help from a plastic spatula the char came off no problem!
