Title: Not so sure about this book anymore
Review: I find this book confusing. I tried only the sushi recipes and they are not as clear as I like them to be.

Title: "debark the toasted bread"
Review: It's a cheap book. I was looking for some ideas of fillings for sushi, instead I got a book of laughs. My first concern was the black and white pictures as food photography is always in color because otherwise it's just gross looking textures. Then I started to read a recipe that I thought sounded interesting and it was about "debarking toasts" and cutting ingredients into "pens". The entire book is full of poor translations. I think I'll keep it for the chuckles as I use the ingredients in the recipes for inspiration. I certainly won't be "throw[ing] the Oshi Sushi out of the mold and onto a board."

Title: I wish they would let you look through more of the pages before purchasing.
Review: Recipes can be confusing and the directions can be vague. Last night I made tuna sushi, and wasn't sure when or how to add the rice wine vinegar and sugar in with the rice. Some measurements are volume, some are grams. Generally inconsistently vague. I haven't found any color pictures inside, all black and white. Seems a little low quality and needed more editing.

Title: Extremely small lettering
Review: The book was kind of disappointing to me. When I opened the book the lettering was so small I had trouble reading the. pictures of the sushi recipe we're in black and white. So I didn't get the full look of the completed dish

Review: Libro bastante completo y con gran variedad de recetas, pero las fotos de presentacion de las recetas estan en blanco y negro lo que al verlas no son muy apetecibles y hay algunas que no se aprecian nada bien la diferencia entre ingredientes

Review: A lovely book, packed with recipes. Very easy to read and follow. My singular gripe is that the pictures are without colour, which is a shame. The dishes would look so much more appetising in colour. But for the price, how can on complain.

Review: Was looking forward to this book arriving. It has literally just arrived. The cover is nice and glossy but the pages are cheap paper, the black & white photos, which means that they look like crap pictures.Starts of well, with the introduction. There's a handful of nice recipes (that you can count with just your fingers) that I will try. SO MANY weird recipes, like cheese sushi and fish & chip sushi (using fish fingers, frozen fries and ketchup, wtf?!).Definitely would not recommend as a Japanese cookbook (maybe as an American take on Japanese food).
