Peterson Manufacturing Chrome License Plate Utility Light features chrome-plated steel lights. It snaps into 1 1/4 inch diameter hole (overall diameter is 1 1/2 inch). It is commonly used to illuminate license plates on step bumpers. Two units are required for legal license illumination. It also serves as a perfect interior, compartment, courtesy, or general illumination utility light. The 438 light is sealed with a single 6 inch lead wire.
