Title: Did not work after charging for 24hrs
Review: The main panel would never keep a charge and then just completely stopped charging in 1 day. Ordered a replacement hoping was just a fluke. I need these type of cameras for a remote location.

Title: A little too basic
Review: It os practically what you get from a department store. Expected it to tell me which door or window was open. Not just alarm or ring like a doorbell. Not what i expected. Not easy to set up. Sensors are not well made Can't connect it to phone without paying monthly fee. Notification disappear before you can read it and a hassle to find out what it was. Not a good buy. Motion sensor can miss people sometimes but not other times. Really not a good buy m thank you and hope this helps someone.Have a blessed day.

Title: Easy set up and works great
Review: I'm not sure why anyone has an issue with seeing this up. It was incredible easy. You search and add sensors with a couple clicks. I don't suggest buying if you are not at least a little computer literate. It's menu driven so most would have no issues. I installed a cell card i bought that's prepaid. Saving myself a ton of money over using Brinks. You can pay a little more to have an independent service monitor it but that defeats the diy purpose, doesn't it? If you want that though just do a Google search. You will still have money. Smart life app is ready to set up and use to. I already use it for smart plugs in my house so all good

Title: only 1 of 4 door contact sensors worked.
Review: If you get this because you're on a budget or you just need something for a place your renting, this is ideal. I bought this for the latter reason, because I already spent enough on cameras, NVR, and a Byrna. Alarm was the icing to the home setup. Wife thinks it a bit overwhelming. Found a nice spot in the hallway next to a closet that had a light switch inside. Rewired things around and converted it to an outlet. Drilled a hole and fished through the power wire so that it would be 100% concealed. It looks clean that way. I'll probably do the same with the little alarm wire, because even though I hid the alarm wire it still may be easily cut.The settings show a wireless siren may be added, but I haven't found one yet. That would be great, because I'd install it outside on my front porch."Parts": as the settings refer to them, aka accessories. Remotes and RFID tags work great. The remotes work from inside the garage, pretty sure also the front yard area. The motion sensors are good too, very sensitive. I ordered two extra. When I was first testing out the setup, went to dinner at night. Had my phone on silent and realized the Smart Life app was saying the alarm was going off. I'd disarm, but sometime later the alarm would trigger again. Shifted the sensors around to make sure they weren't messing with each other's signal, retested both night and day, problem solved. Door contacts! or door sensors. Only one worked. The others, no matter how I try to open or close the doors, the control says the door is open. I disabled the door open alert on the alarm control at first, but eventually just deleted the 3 devices from the system memory, shut them off and replaced one of them with a cheapy door alarm. All in all an OK system. 2 stars, because only 1 door sensor worked and because they mention a wireless siren, but it doesn't exist, at least not in the states. Works with Google Assist / Google Home as you'll see in the video, but it's just as easy to use the remote or the app.

Title: Awesome unit for the price
Review: The unit offers good functionality for the price and pretty much works right out of the box. My issues is that i was unable to deactivate the Zone2 window sensor in the settings. Every time i arm the system i would get a SMS warning message that a window is open. I deleted all sensors just to make sure but the warning still comes up.Tried to reach out in Q&A but no helpful response was given. Willing to change review to 4 Stars if this issue is addressed. UPDATE seller provided instructions on how to disable the window and door sensors that that are switched on by default, see video in Q&A section for details.

Title: It is what it is
Review: Depending on what your needs are this is a relatively inexpensive intrusion alarm system. Portable, wireless, easy to install, doesn't get much better than this. Getting through the instructions is another thing. People say that patience is a virtue, not be one of mine! I did manage to get through it ok. Only real issue I had with it was downloading the app for monitoring. In order to use the app, it wanted access to my camera and my Bluetooth, which of course I denied. Therefore, not able to use the app. Not a problem, I'm retired, home most of the time, makes me feel more secure at night time.
