Review: This GREENEVER Space Heater Indoor with Humidifier is perfect for anyone wants to have a heater in the bedroom without drying the air.I really like this indoor portable heater as it is small, yet warms up well my whole bedroom and also it has a built in humidifier, so i still get nice good amount of humidity for 8 hours without the refilling.It is easy to control with remote control, which makes it easy to start heat on without getting out of my bed in the chilly morning.Affordable price with good quality.

Title: small and powerful, watch current draw on 15 amp outlets, no memory
Review: The current draw fluctuates a bit - I guess as the temperature changes during warmup. At one point it drew 1900 watts which would normally exceed a 15 amp outlet which is 1800 watt max. On low, the draw was about 1100 watts. The temperature at the face also fluctuates a lot depending on where you put the sensor. At one point I read 262 degrees F. Interestingly, on low it read up to 249 degrees - so not much difference for point temperatures but it did seem cooler on the lower setting. Note that the element does not glow orange like in the "artists" picture in the listing. In fan only mode it only draws about 12 watts and the oscillating motor adds only a few watts. There is a blue/orange light on lop (optional) that really does nothing other than to tell you it's in fan only mode (blue) or in heat mode (orange). To add water (if you think that is a good idea!) you have to struggle getting the top off - not in directions at all!) When turned off in heat mode, enters a 30 second cool down mode. If you tip it over, the heater goes off immediately and the fan also enters cool down mode. The timer goes one hour at a time up to 12 and then cycles back to 0 (off). This means if you set it to 1 hour and decide to turn it off, you have to push the button repeatedly until you get back to 0. It would be so much easier if they used a "hold to turn off" as in many appliances. If you want a laugh, try to read the warranty info! What I really didn't like is that it does not remember the last settings when you turn it off. One other note, be careful when unpacking as the remote is loose in the box and very easily broken when you pull the heater out of the box if you don't notice it. This should be taped or otherwise secured to the heater. Overall this is a powerful small area heater with a remote and safety features though I can't say the price is good as I have seen similar heaters at the discount store for less.
