Title: Blood sugar going up....
Review: 90% of the recipes are something I would make, the rest are just not to my liking. I have made 4things out of book, but I must watch my blood sugar so it is a special treat when I do one. I recommend it for anyone, it doesn't matter how good you are in the kitchen. Easy to fallow instructions.

Review: Interesting book , quite fun, but half the recipes require brownie mix which I did not like. I would recommend this book to beginners as they get a good balance of recipes from scratch and brownie mix recipes.
