Title: Very Nice!
Review: Now that the weather is getting cooler, I was thinking that I probably needed a good multi purpose baking dish to replace some of my older ones. I am so happy that I decided on this one! It is both heavy and lightweight (if that makes sense.) I absolutely love that it is oven, dishwasher and even microwave safe. Not only that, you can use it as a serving dish because of how nice it looks. I baked a chicken in it last night and cooked perfectly. Clean up was a breeze because it was completely non stick. This is a great pan!

Title: Good For Baking
Review: This dish is porcelain-glazed stoneware and every part of it, but the bottom is lovely. The glaze is applied evenly, except for the bottom, where there is a dried blob that makes for a small imperfection. This doesn't affect the usability and the beauty of the rest of the dish. The bottom of the dish is a matte finish, while the rest of the dish is a shiny glaze. The dish flares outward, which gives extra room for bubbling food, and the glaze provides a non-stick surface and comes clean in the dishwasher. Being stoneware, the dish is heavy, but durable, and gives good protection from food burning on the bottom or sides of the casserole. The dimensions of the casserole are slightly different than 9"x 13". The inside bottom of the casserole measures 7" x 11 3/8", while the inside measurements of the top of the dish are 8 3/4" x 13 1/4" The interior depth is 2 3/16".

Title: Perfect combination of beauty and utility
Review: This isn't the typical 9x13; it's a beautiful oven-to-table baking dish. I put it to the test this morning by making a Dutch baby for breakfast. I started by preheating the oven to 450 degrees and then placed the pan inside with a half stick of butter. The butter melted and evenly coated the bottom of the dish, which was perfectly flat without any uneven spots. I didn't need to grease the sides, and the non-stick surface let the food release easily. I had tossed in some fresh blueberries, and their juices coated the bottom and sides of the pan. Unfortunately, I don't have a photoâit didn't look greatâbut after placing the dish in the sink and giving it a few wipes with a sponge under running water, it was spotless. I'm impressed; this is definitely a five-star product.

Title: Deeeeep Dish!
Review: So excited to receive this deep dish baking dish. It is heavy duty and in a great neutral white that will pair well with my other baking pieces. I have three purposes in mind. It is definitely well suited to a wonderful layered lasagna. With autumn upon us, this will be the ideal dish for baking an apple crisp for a crowd. I also like it for marinating meat or vegetables because there's lots of room for the liquids, meats/veg and the ability to stir and flip during the marinating process without creating a sloppy mess. It's a wonderful addition to my bakeware.
