Title: A trek through the world in one pan
Review: I love this book! I have had it for over 2 years now, and have tried almost all the recipes. I love international cuisine, and it is fun to use a recipe book which translates some well-known international dishes into the casserole format. Some of the recipes have become perennial favorites. I like the fact that the ingredient lists for most of the recipes are fairly simple and short, although occasionally you will need to shop around for a less common item. Highly recommend for an adventuresome cook who appreciates the convenience of a one-pan meal.

Title: Creative options that are family friendly
Review: Creative, delicious, and straightforward recipes that the whole family will enjoy. It is hard to find dinner ideas that can keep kids and adults happy and there are plenty of options offered here. For those of us bored with the same old dinner options, particularly on nights with sports practice, this cookbooks offers tons of options! Added bonus: the kids like the dessert section 🙂

Title: Worldwide recipes with a twist - very enjoyable
Review: "Biscuits" made with Greek yogurt ... what a concept. I am SO happy that I no longer have to buy a quart of buttermilk, use half a cup, and wind up with the rest becoming a science project in my refrigerator! That, alone, would be worth the price of admission. Loved the comments on each recipe page. You guys rock!On the other hand, I am a single person, and for many of the recipes, I would have to wait until I can get both of my semi-local sons (and the wife of one of them) to visit at the same time to make most of the recipes, which seem to serve 6-8, without doing a lot of math - and numbers are NOT my friends. Still, everything except those recipes built around eggplant looks worth a try, even though I have certain personal standards to maintain: I do not, under any circumstances, eat sweet peppers, hot peppers, chile peppers, or celery. While celery didn't figure hugely in these recipes, peppers did, including the really spicy ones, which - as usual - I will simply omit.Did I mention the desserts? Again, worth the price of admission. I particularly look forward to trying the Savory Egg Broth Custard. However, like a previous reviewer, I miss the nutrition information. It does matter, to some of us, for both nice-to-know meal planning and for medical reasons.Looking forward to lots of leftovers.

Title: Very Unique Cookbook
Review: Bought this cookbook for my daughter for her birthday. Very unique with a mix of international recipes and amusing personal comments by the book’s authors. Might want to purchase one for myself in the future.

Title: Fun to read and easy to make recipes!
Review: This cookbook is awesome for several reasons. It would be easy to just rehash old recipes in a new book and publish, but that is not what these guys do. They take tried and true recipes and put their own spin on them based on their world travels....and they have made them better!Regular cookbooks just give you a recipe and instructions and send you on your way. These authors weave in stories of their travels, their families and their connections to these meals. Its like reading a story while you are cooking. Finally, most are easy to make with ingredients that are not hard to find. I am not much of a cook, and I have made several recipes from the book so far.I can't recommend this book enough.

Title: Love it
Review: Every recipe I have made from this cookbook has been a winner. This may not seem like much to some but if you knew my husband you would know this is a great cookbook. In the 25 years of marriage most things I have cooked he has found something to criticize. This is honestly the first time I have made something and he has actually said it was perfect. Either he is to old to complain or I found a winner of a cookbook. Dealers choice.

Title: Exciting and fun food
Review: I’m not expert-level, but I enjoy cooking. I hate deciding what to make, and I have trouble getting the timing right so that preparation goes smoothly and everything comes out at the same time. I love surprising my family with a meal they are impressed by.This cookbook is fun, approachable, and ticks all of my boxes. I love the range of flavor and styles, and the dishes are actually exciting! I’m not worried about everything coming out at the same time. I’m able to just settle in, cook something fun, and enjoy the ride.I highly recommend Kiss my Casserole and hope that you enjoy it as much as we have.
