Title: Relieving Muscle Pain
Review: We have been using this light for a couple of weeks now. My girlfriend and I exercise a lot, resulting in constant shoulder and upper body soreness. To manage the pain, we usually rely on ibuprofen or naproxen. However, we are looking for alternative therapies to minimize drug intake. My girlfriend has been using this light on her shoulders and back. I place it about 9"-12" from the center of her back and each session lasts about 30 minutes after a workout. Surprisingly, her back and shoulders didn't get too hot, and the pain felt a little relieved. I wonder if it's psychological. However, the improved blood circulation was evident in the rosier complexion on her back and shoulders. This light may be more suitable for skin treatment or facial circulation, thus relieving muscle pain.The light is very lightweight and comfortable to use. There is no pain associated with red light therapy, just a very subtle warmth depending on how close you are to the lamp. So if you are trying to get warm by this lamp, it shows that you cannot think that way. Its main purpose is to improve fatigue, increase circulation and relieve pain, not to warm you up.The adjustable stand makes the lamp versatile as you can place it behind you or above you etc. to target the targeted treatment area. Safety glasses are included to protect your eyes and it is best to use them as the lamp is very bright.The light has only one setting so it is very easy to operate. I really like the fact that it uses an AC adapter as a power source; I've noticed that a lot of devices have started using Type C USB cables, but I find that less convenient.I haven't been using the Red Light Therapy for very long, but if used consistently it can clearly provide different health benefits. Overall it works well and is easy to use, so I'm happy.

Title: Helps with my back
Review: It is very easy to assemble, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The light holds nicely and is easy to adjust to fit the angles I need to my back and leg. After a couple of minutes, the warmth also makes me feel better. I like to use it after working out; it decreases the feeling of soreness.

Title: Very nice and versatile lamp
Review: I like the way you can set up the lamp in various ways to fit your needs. The stand having such a range from short to long is one of the best parts about it as I can set many different angles and heights for the light. I did have an issue though with the adapter failing after the Amazon 30 day return guarantee expired but their customer service was great to work with and they replaced it right away. Giving it 4 stars for this reason but they get 5 stars for the awesome customer service. Great to be able to use it again as it is a good lamp and I can feel and see the difference in using it.

Title: Woth it
Review: I was on hunt on good redlight therapy after i knew skin benefits. I ordered 2 years back and started using everyday but unfortunately i saw my hyper pigmentation increased with 11/2 week.Upon research i found wavelength and type of light matters. I researched alot as I knew benefits as well as cons and ordered this product. This definitely like a nicely built unit and even comes with an attachable cable handle so it's easy to relocate it. Or you can hang it on a wall although this unit is more of a table top size. I do move it to the floor to treat my legs for inflammation. I also have more than one IEC power cable installed at varies places where I want to use the unit so I only have to unplug it and move it and then plug it back in, without having to also move the power cable.Example: my dresser is a good height to use this on my face and then I have a lower table which is a good height to use this for my torso, so I move it between the two locations and stand in front of the unit for treatment. The portability of this unit makes it easy to do that.The LEDs do seem to generate a bit of heat to the skin so I would not use this very close. I tend to use it about a foot away.I am hoping for anti-aging benefits to my skin and wrinkles and to lower inflammation in the body overall as well as improve my mood and my sleep. I have tried it on a sore foot and it seemed to help almost immediately. And it has definitely helped me sleep as it really gives a nice soothing feeling after you use it.I plan to use this about 10 minutes per area, about three times per week.I just received this and have only used it a few times so far so I will update this review later on to report back on any results.

Title: Love this Light!
Review: I've been using this red light for a week now and it's fabulous! I can already see the radiance come back to my face, my acne is receding and I have a really healthy glow. Overall this was easy to build from the box, all of the pieces I needed were there and it took about 5 minutes to put together. I also love the swivel arm and how it can move at 3 different points, so I can get the light as close to or as far away from my face as possible. The light covers such a large area, I just lay back on the couch and listen to music or the TV as I get my spa- quality treatment at home!

Review: Its easy enough to use. Adjustable. Does what it's supposed to do. Stand is good and stable. However, between this and the spa, I don't see where red light does anything for my skin or muscle pain. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just nothing. Not the fault of the product, just the hype was only hype. If you want to try and find out for yourself, this is a good stand. If red light actually does anything for you, then this is a good item at a good price. It just did zero for me.
