Title: Amazing. You will love it!
Review: This red light mat is exactly what I've been looking for. It has excellent full body coverage and several power options. I was nervous to spend a lot of money but this mat is wonderful and worth every penny!! Me and my husband use this. He noticed results right away for his muscle soreness and stiff joints. I am already feeling the benefits of having less back pain and leg soreness. It's large enough to lay on entirely and warms with use making it so restful and relaxing. I also cover myself with it like a blanket. After daily use I am noticing I'm sleeping better also. The customer service was amazing and they were quick to help me answer questions and make sure I had everything I needed for effective and safe use of the mat. This is my favorite thing I've gotten off Amazon. It is also very easy to use. After about 5 min of set up that is literally just hooking up the power box and laying it where you want to use it, it's good to go.

Title: Great product, easy at home use, and excellent customer service.
Review: I love the convenience and quality of this red light therapy mat. It operates as described. Easy to use at home, quality mat with plenty of light coverage. The storage bag is nice to roll up the mat and power cord for storage. I had a question emailed to the after sale support and had a response in less than 24 hours, and then a follow up email just to check in. That is great customer service and a positive customer experience. I recommend this mat for an excellent product purchased at a great price.

Title: Wonderful product
Review: I am using the mat for pain relief. It is easy to set up, and I use it on top of my mattress on my bed. Am using it currently at a low level of approximately 20 minutes, and find it to be relaxing and comfortable. I appreciate the dark glasses too which came with the mat, as they darken the room considerably and provide protection, as well as a calming influence.

Review: The device stopped working 5 weeks after purchase, just one week after return window. Won’t turn on. Checked all the connections and the power block itself completely failed. Beware of this cheap, poorly made device. DO NOT BUY

Title: Nice device with a potentially fatal flaw (now rectified)
Review: I like this mat. It seems well constructed and I enjoy using it. However, it has a potential fatal flaw. It comes with a proprietary power supply with an embedded rheostat (pictured). Out of the box the dial is set to Max. Dialing it down dims the light intensity, but this can also be done by selecting one of the five power levels, P1 through P5. Therefore, it only seems useful if you wanted to attempt to simulate a level 3.5, for instance, which you could never do by eye. You'd need a sensitive light intensity metering device of some sort, so this seems like a useless feature. My problem with the unit is that the power supply box gets concerningly hot after 60 minutes of use at level P3. Hot to the point that you're wondering if the casing will warp. I don't think this is safe. I'd hate to think how hot it would be after 90 minutes at power level 5. Therefore, it seems unlikely that this unit could ever be used to its full potential. It was plugged directly into the wall socket btw.I attempted to reach out to the seller, who has an outlook.com email address (never a good sign), regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response. I would therefore warn you that there is seemingly no legitimate vendor standing behind this device and once the 30 day return window closes, you and I will both be SOL. I can't see how the power supply could possibly last, getting so hot on a regular basis. I may try to cool my power supply with a fan, or by resting it on a covered ice pack, but this should not be necessary. If it were an inexpensive device, I might take a chance. Given the fact that I'm out of pocket more than $350 at the time of this writing, it seems like a very bad bet.It could be that my unit is simply defective. I'll most likely send it back for a replacement. I'll let you know what happens with the second unit.UPDATE: Before my initial review was even published, customer service reached out to me and offered to send a new power brick, which I received promptly, drop shipped from Walmart, of all places. The new (identical) power supply gets hot too, but I have mitigated this by propping the unit at a 45-degree angle and using a small fan to circulate air around it. It's the bottom surface that seems to generate the most heat, so airflow beneath keeps the until very cool. Initially the bottom surface of the brick was resting on carpet so that compounded the problem. Now that the heat issue is solved, I'm upping my rating to 5 stars due to the perceived high quality of the product so far, and the excellent customer service I received.

Title: Good product
Review: We ended up buying this full body pad because of the black Friday deal. Overall, we are impressed with the product. The pad is good quality, has a dense feel to it, is comfortable to lay on, and seems to work well. Our only complaint after three days of use is the smell which is something akin to jet fuel. It is so strong, it actually gives me a headache after a while. We have left it open to permit it to out gas, and the smell is not as strong, but it still is apparent when the pad heats up. We decided to try hanging it outside given we are in California and it is sunny. Hopefully, the smell will dissipate after a week or so.Update on 12/14/2024 Although the smell lessened after we aired it outside, hung in the sun, sprayed with vinegar and water, and sprinkled with baking soda then vacuumed, I have become hypersensitive to the noxious odor. I reached out to the seller since my purchase and I must say they were very helpful and responsive. I emailed them four times and received a reply within 24 hours. Don’t know if the odor was just our pad, but am very disappointed to have to return it.
