Execute like a master and build wealth like the pros with the hottest strategy in the real estate world (David Osborn, New York Times bestselling author) and learn how to invest, flip houses, and buy rental properties without ever running out of money!
Real estate investors used to build wealth the hard way: slowly saving money and sacrificing their current happiness for a future reward. This method produces results in the long run but what if there's a better, more efficient way that works in years instead of decades?
Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (BRRRR) is the five-part real estate investing strategy that makes financial freedom more attainable than ever: You buy a property under market value, add value with renovations, rent it out to tenants, complete a cash-out refinance, and then use that money to do it all over again. In this book, author and investor David Greene shares the exact systems he used to scale his real estate business from buying two houses per year to buying two houses per month using BRRRR.
This easy-to-follow plan will grow your money quickly without letting a lack of cash get in the way of pulling it off. With this method, youll create wealth with real estate investment properties and BRRRR your way to financial independence!
Inside, you'll discover:
A solid plan for getting started, even with limited capitalHow to identify target properties and emerging markets destined for huge growthNegotiation tactics for making offers that get acceptedHow to recover 100% (or more) of your money in a dealUnique ways to increase a property's value (and your own net worth)How to recruit top talent to work on your deals (so they build wealth for you!)And so much more!

Title: Lots to Pull From This Book
Review: I found this book to be educational. It could've probably been shortened a tad bit as some parts are a bit redundant, but still a nice read. While I didn't exactly apply the methods laid out in this book, I did pull certain aspects from the book and applied them along the way in my real estate journey. My only critic is that I find some of his directions to be unattainable or unlikely -- for example, buying homes significantly under market value. Maybe in some markets this is possible, but not in a place like Phoenix, Arizona. Maybe there are homes out there that you could snag up under market value but it's like finding a needle in a haystack and most people don't have the time or resources to close on them.Outside of that, I did find this book to be helpful and I enjoy the author's podcasts with BiggerPockets.

Title: A lot of information for beginnners
Review: This book has a lot of useful information for those that are new to investing. The BRRR strategy is more difficult to start than traditional real estate investing with a 20% down payment every time. This book explains why the BRRR is much more effective and tries to persuade you to use it.The Good:The author really digs deep on what will make a real estate investor successful and I mean any real estate investor, not just for the BRRR strategy. The main reason is to have a solid team. The book explains how to get a good team together, what to watch out for, and how to have the team work together. The author explains how you can use a team member to make sure another team member is doing their job. The rehab section was one of the best because the book explains where to put your money when doing a rehab. The bad:Not a lot of examples on deal analysis. I think it would be helpful to include more examples of how to analyze a brrr deal. Also not a lot of information on how to estimate ARV. Sometimes the books seem to have information that is not needed.Overall:Even though the book is missing some stuff, it is still a great book that new investors should read. After reading this book, you have a better understanding of terms and it makes you more curious about other things. You should still have questions after reading this book and go find books to answer those questions.

Title: 11/10 Recommend!
Review: This book was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has achieved a tremendous amount of success using the BRRRR method. As someone who is a complete rookie in this space, I was nervous to get started because real estate investment felt like such a daunting endeavor.Thatâs why this book is so great. David Greene does a phenomenal job of simplifying complex concepts and breaking the process down into digestible parts. His approach is humble and he speaks to the âaverageâ person who is looking to make their hard earned savings work harder for them in an exponential way.If youâre contemplating getting into the real estate investment space and want to gain an excellent understanding of how you can do so in the most efficient and effective way, I cannot recommend this book enough! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

Title: Excellent book, highly educational
Review: David Greene takes you thorough the entire process of real estate investing using the BRRRR strategy. He presents detailed guidance on specific systems and tools you can use to be successful. Itâs a high energy âto the pointâ book filled with practical advise, covering how to find the best real estate agent or contractor, ways to find best deals, build equity and value, questions you should ask your lender, as well as information on rehabs and tenants. He opens your mind to ideas on how to scale your real estate business and amplify your success utilizing the BRRRR method. I admire the emphasis on ethics, building relationships and offering value first before approaching someone with your own agenda. The book is easy to read and understand. The author includes real life examples and short stories throughout the book to demonstrate how things work and mistakes to avoid. Whether you are just starting out or already on your way to building a healthy portfolio, you can learn an immense amount of information. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in real estate. David Greene is truly the blackbelt master of the industry. Thank you for writing this amazing book and sharing your knowledge.

Review: Read this book 1st before you invest in any other property book or training. Although aimed at the US market, the strategy applies to the UK. I have attended a number of training and even been on mentoring property programs, this book put everything together. The book contains very clear examples of traditional method vs BRRRR method, show you why the strategy works. It also talk about building team and recommends ways to build your team, things to look out for. What an excellent book, the best £ I have spend on property training.

Review: The whole strategy in the book is based on buying under-value property at a minimum 30% discount which is highly unlikely. The rest of the book is just repeating itself. Don't waste your time on it.
