Title: Great choice for mid size room at good price
Review: We do not have central air conditioning, and in the summer my room gets very hot. The room is approximately 12 x12, and this unit works incredibly well and was very reasonably priced.It has some very nice features which included remote control, which, of course, I love. You can set it up with a timer for nights, and it’s not noisy and easily can be shifted from one place to another. Installation was super easy. I would totally recommend it!

Title: No better than a fan, just pricier
Review: I really wanted to like this and with so many years good reviews I purchased. It's been 3 days. It does not cool at all. Just works as a fan. I'm not a pro but I believe it's the cooler pad? The water in it is ice cold, I can hear and see pump and water running, but room is no cooler. This was a very expensive mistake. Basically a fan.

Title: work great but labor intensive ( and my remote doesnt work)
Review: I like that this does make the room feel cooler - i use ice water and ice pack/ice. the remote never worked - i called the company they said someone would email me and i never heard back. also one of the 4 ice packs it came with broke open in the freezer for some reason. it is work to empty the water out in the morning ( i bale it out with a measuring cup) and the ice packs, and resupply it at night. i did use a thermometer and although the temperature did not change it does feel cooler. it is enough of a difference on nights that are just a bit warm to make it comfortable. its easy to use the controls on the top of the unit, i particularly like the long timer. its on wheels so its easy to move. now please send me a new remote!

Title: Inital Issues Resolved. Now I love it.
Review: The four-star overall rating is because when I first received the product, it did not run. I could hear it trying to, but nothing was happening. Since the packaging to return it was so large, I decided to risk disassembling it to see what was wrong, knowing it would void the warranty, but I had already decided it was a loss, so why not try? I am glad I did. After opening the unit, I found that packaging materials had found their way into the fan chamber, preventing it from moving. With that removed the unit start right up and now runs great. I love the unit and would buy it again.

Title: Great AC! Good quality and convenient!
Review: The device works well, it keeps our living room and dining area very comfortable. Very easy to move around with wheels. As well as the three different temperature modes can fit a variety of needs, especially when baby in the room. Last night, I slept with it on and heard it so this as well.

Review: Arrived on time. However, it makes an erie noise when I turn it on to any of the speeds (1-3). It sounds like something is broken on the inside. It doesn’t get cold😩It's basically a fan just blowing air with cold packs and water in it.☹️
