I don’t know how it is for you, but when I’m planning to visit a city, I do a lot of research on where I can go for all the best food spots. Now that this book is out, you can get EVERYTHING you ever need in one place, and it speaks to you as if it’s coming from your local BFF or closest cousin. Review: Someone finally wrote a book that is all about food and the beautiful neighborhoods that make up one of the greatest cities in America! Chicago is truly a melting pot of wonderful cultures and neighborhoods that allow these cultures to flourish. Soo Park took her love of food and Chicago and translated it into a handy, useful, delicious guide that we can ALL utilize! Beautiful pictures paired with maps, tips, and descriptions are all we need to explore Chicago's vibrant culinary scene! This is an ESSENTIAL guide to Chicago & food! Title: Perfect Coffee Table Book!
Review: I love this book! It is the perfect book to keep on your coffee table and flip through when you're stuck on where to eat in Chicago. I'm all about tangible guides like books because it's so easy to get lost when you're reading what's online. I love that it showcases restaurants even in Evanston. I'm a foodie myself, but sometimes I need help remembering what's out there and there were some restaurants listed that I had been meaning to try. The photo content is top notch and I love the little tips Soo offers!

Title: Chicago in a different perspective
Review: I lived all my life in Chicago and when you live in the same city for so long- everything gets boring and you try to look for something new. This book is a perfect book to experience your own city in a new way or even for tourists who are planning to visit Chicago and want to experience Chicago as locals! The book itself is a nice size to carry around and the quality of pictures inside the books is just beyond amazing. Highly recommend for people who love Chicago and FOOD!

Title: Fabulous Indeed!
Review: What I was totally blown away by this book is how intimate each of Park's treatments are. This is no casual coffee table book--you can quickly find yourself immersed in not just the food, but all of the lovely things Chicago has to offer. Park's friendly voice rings true and veteran in this guide, and the photos are as enticing as they are informative. An enormous amount of work and heart went into this book and it leaps off each page. Highly recommend it!!
