Title: Awesome series
Review: This series is absolutely intriguing from the beginning of this series until now it has you captivated. You sometimes use your imagination but find that you are very wrong. Title: Simon and Caroline
Review: Finished the Restaurant in Bar Harbor last night, but the internet was out so I couldn't post. Simon and Caroline's story was filled with a lot of investigating. Title: Sweet love story with a bonus mystery.
Review: This is a sweet story about best friends that drift apart and then end up living back in their home town.Simon and Caroline have been best friends for their entire lives, or most of their lives, there was a few years when Caroline was married where they really didn't talk much.Now Caroline is divorced and living back in Bar Harbor. Her friendship with Simon is still just as strong as it ever was.Simon and Caroline are asked to help solve a bit of a mystery in Bar Harbor. Simon's sister Cara is trying to find out who is buying up property along the coast and why they are buying it.Simon and Caroline get to work investigating and along the way Caroline starts to realize that maybe she and Simon could be more than just friends.I really like these sweet stories that throw a mystery in, you get a sweet love story along with a great mystery.If you love a mystery and a sweet love story, with well developed and lovable characters, a great plot and great world building, then this one is right for you.

Title: Love survives time
Review: Bar Harbour is a great series! The Restaurant is a continuation of Simon and Carolineâs story. This series is fraught with mysterious happenings that try to destroy businesses, families and relationships. Each page takes you further into the mystery and I had a very hard time putting this book down! Another winner for Amy Rafferty! I received a complimentary copy of this book and chose to write an independent review.

Review: Amy continues the Bar Harbor series with Caroline & Simon's story.Caroline has returned home to Bar Harbor after she confirmed her husband's infidelity and filed for divorce, and decided to sell her shares in the lucrative restaurant Lio-Caz.She would help her father restore "Preston's" the family restaurant and update it physically using her Culinary skills to update the menu.She had already agreed to help her old friend Simon (not realizing exactly what Simon was asking, hmmm!!!), so Mornings for Simon & afternoons for Dad for a few weeks.Where are we going with Caroline, Simon, Cara and Aunt Claire(yes Aunt Claire!!!!, and "The Order of the Rose".????Join in the mysteries Amy is weaving in this spectacular series. Review: Another great book in this series. You will find mystery, romance and history woven between the covers. Caroline Preston returns home following her divorce and she reconnects with her best friend, Simon. She wants to help her Dad renovate his restaurant. Before they can purchase the closed flower shop next door for the expansion, there is a suspicious fire. Simon and Caroline investigate a gaming establishment that has exclusive memberships and discrete owners. Upon leaving the club, they are followed. Is the Palm Island Group, a firm, that wants to buy the area homes and turn them into condos, involved in the gaming business? Do you find out more about the Order of the Rose?
