Title: A valuable book that you'll treasure forever!
Review: This book is an amazing compendium of interviews that will give you insight into what lies behind the eyes of the world's greatest chefs. As a foodie and a creative, A Wealth Of Insight has captured my heart and mind. I enjoyed learning about what inspires these talented individuals, their processes, their challenges, their life lessons, how they craft and create their dishes and how food has become an extension and expression of them. I highly recommend this book! It’s insightful, classy, unique, visually stunning, and just overall fabulous!

Title: More than a collection of beautiful pictures
Review: A truly impressive collection of interviews and visuals. I received my copy about two weeks ago; it's found a home on my coffee table and I often pick it up to peruse the photos or read a few of the chef interviews. I appreciate that the content is just as much about the mind and perspective of the chef, as it is about the food. I highly recommend to anyone that appreciates great food, and the vision and ambition required to create it.

Title: Exactly what we need! Not ANOTHER recipe book!
Review: A "Wealth of Insight" is exactly that. A compendium of interviews and thoughts from a selection of the world's greatest chefs. An incredible foray into what some of these chefs think about and what guides their creativity and philosophy. IF you are looking for a "How-To" book of the chefs greatest hits recipes, DO NOT buy this book!! This book is for people who want to see how the mind of these chefs works. Any chef/cook/human being can put together a melange of ingredients, ratios, amounts, methodology in todays age, but very few people have the knowledge, skill, talent and personality to do what these chefs have done and continue to do. Read this book to get short "mentorship" lessons. Congratulations to Rahim B. Kanani on a spectacular book that does exactly what the title says and gives the readers a wealth of insight into the minds of these chefs. This only adds to the dialogue of what they do and gets their story/philosophy out even more. Thank you for writing this.

Title: Good but poor quality printing
Review: Content was great enjoyed ! but so disappointed in the cheap construction of the book itself was looking forward to fabulous pictures we eat with our eyes first. Injustice to these great Chefs that you cheated out on the printing.

Title: Cheap Quality
Review: Printed in China on cheap paper. The low quality printing and paper choice unfortunately diminishes the contrast and color saturation of the original photography's potential beauty. To bad profit was king here, definitely NOT the gem it deserved to be.

Review: Fantastic book, being able to get into the minds of some of the worlds best chefs (many I have been following for years) the photography is beautiful, I did wish there where more photographs of the chefs food, rather than pictures of themselves and their restaurants, I've read cover to cover, gave me a great insight in how other chefs think and what inspires them. This is not a recipe book, more of a book full of interviews rather than advice (which is what I was expecting.A great addition to my 300+ cookery book collection
