Is it easy to install the RO system? Any Installation Tips?
Need 1 electrical outlet under the sink/drilling holes for RO faucet &drain pipe connection. Read the instruction/watch installation video first. When disconnect any tubings, shut off cold water valve, open RO faucet, and then unplug the power cord.
When do I need the filter replacement? And where can I get filter cartridges for replacement?
2 filter cartridges are included. You'll be alerted when one needs replacing. Lifespan averages 1 year for the PPC, and 3 years for the RO, lifespans can vary depending on water quality/consumption. New cartridges can be purchased on our homepage.
How to start up the filtration system?
Open cold water supply valve/check for leaks at all connections & fittings. Plug in power adapter to start system flush for 30s. Turn on RO faucet for 8 mins to flush filters. Do not drink flushed water. Check for leaks/Turn off faucet when finished.
Why there is E2 error? What should I do?
If the faucet is on for 30 minutes, the long working time protection triggers this error(aim to save water and extend the service life of the filter). To fix, unplug and replug the power adapter to restart the system.

Title: Compact, nice looking but..
Review: I like the fact that itâs slim and the filters are in front so you can easily replace. However, a 120 pound person like cannot twist it to pull the filter out. Looking at it I thought it would be easy to twist but only a man with big hand can twist it and lock it. Why canât they make it easier? I would need a wrench to do this. The other issue is when I measure the water with my tds stick the number range from 26 to 150. Not consistent. Why is that? Just when I thought itâs perfect. And itâs quiet.

Title: What a difference
Review: Easy to install, directions are straight forward and can be done in less than an hour. Living in California, our tap water is horrible so this is a dramatic increase from even filtered water from newer refrigerators. Family, dog and plants are all enjoying the clean water.
