Title: Probably 4 Stars, maybe.
Review: The book is quite new but there is really little new stuff in it. Its biggest appeal is that most recipes have pictures. Its basically a recipe book with little technical knowledge. Since I own many bbq and grilling books my expectations where too high. Disapointed? Since I have good experience yes. I consider it a book a list of recipes. My most valuable knowledge comes from most of my other books: Mostly meathead but also Aaron Franklin, Adam Perry Lang and Paul Kirk.
