Title: Grillin KC style.
Review: Every griller likes recipes. Especially ones from another part of the country. Always fun to try a "side rack" while making my killer ribs. I liked the KC style recipes and they had a little more zip then mine. I also enjoyed the BBQ baked beans. I have never made them as the recipe states. But hey if you Grill you gotta try em' excellent finish. So all in all I liked it. The Grilled Scampi was gone quick as well.

Title: Easy and fun techniques for Missouri style BBQ
Review: The recipes look mouthwatering and easy to do. The writing style is very clear and informative. There is a great selection of recipes to make traditional favorites and some fun variations of grilled meats. It has lots of excellent pictures, which is always helpful in a recipe book. Review: Interesting to learn that the Spanish Empire brought barbecue to the U.S. Barbecue became famous in Missouri in the 1920's and then moved to Kansas City. The tips and information in this book can heighten your grilling abilities, too. The Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin or the BBQ Pork Steaks with Smoky Corn might be my meal for the coming weekend.
