Title: Couldn't ask for anything more, great rice cooker!
Review: Wow! I just realized we bought this back in June 2016 and it is still kicking strong!As long as you get your ratios right, it'll make perfect rice every time.I don't think we have ever used the delay timer, steam, or keep warm buttons. But the white rice button is showing no signs of wear.We have never had an issue with this cooker in the 8 years we've had it. We have never needed to cook rice in an emergency so I think the cook time is very reasonable. Maybe about 20min.Exterior and interior has really held up well. We have a couple dents in it but that hasn't slowed it down. The metal and plastic "color" has never fadded, a quick wipe down and it looks good as newI might buy an extra one and tuck it away in the attic for when this finally fails in another 8 years. Can't see myself buying any other cooker, especially with it's cost.

Title: cooks perfect rice every time
Review: Makes cooking rice a snap. We use this a lot; nearly every day for both brown and white rice. Usually 1 to 2 cups but have done 4 cups a couple of times. Can cook grains and other stuff also and comes with a guide/recipe. Can steam vegetables and fish; I did it once with fish but apparently, I don't like steamed fish, so I tossed the steamer basket. I believe it would be fine steaming vegetables also, but it's really too small for more than a serving. If I have the need for vegetable steaming, I'll buy something specifically for that later. Perfect on the rice though and that's what matters to me.This purchase is my second one of these because my mother accidentally poured dry rice in without the inner pan, and it all ended up inside the cooker's enclosure. We did continue to use it for another 5 or 6 months without issue, but I worried about rice floating around inside with all of the electricals. I liked it enough to buy the same brand and model a second time and will likely buy the same again in case of another mishap.

Title: BIOLOGICAL HAZARD
Review: This product is nearly impossible to completely clean.It is disgusting.It requires disassembly to clean and there are sharp edges that can open your finger up fast.Use caution when attempting to clean completely.But best you save your money and time and not buy it at all.Now let discuss the plastic lid closure. Beyond the two very thin Al. plates and screws you must remove which are now rusted, okay only one is, is a approx. a 1/4 in. gap in the top of the molded plastic lid and handle in which there is about an 1.5 in opening and no way of cleaning or even knowing what could be in there.Fortunately the plastic side piece covering the hinge is removable but alot of stuff like starch f/ rice ends up there filling it up after about a mo. or two.As a Product Designer myself and Drafter and Veteran and Physics Student (off cycle) it behooves me, to protect you and others f/ buying and poisoning yourself and others with this product and I have 4 yrs HS Drafting and 13 yrs EM CAD Design / Drafting w/ a 7/6 split between Mech and Elec. And I have found errors Engineers have missed.So learn the hard way if you choose to buy you will see.I would recommend the glass covered ones that you can see all the parts and properly clean everything.Joseph F. Title: Very handy!
Review: I love this rice maker. Just wish the insert was stainless steel instead. However, I use it a lot. I like the fact that I can just set it and walk away. I don’t have to worry about a pot on the stove. I’ve only made rice so far and it turns out very good every time. I’ve also recently used it to reheat some homemade refried beans and that worked out very well also.Just give yourself a little extra time, because it does take longer than cooking long grain white rice on the stovetop, but worth it.Giving four stars only because the insert isn’t stainless, even though I knew it wasn’t when I bought it.

Review: I’ve been using the AROMA Digital Rice Cooker for a while now, and I absolutely love it! Review: Unfortunately, the seller forgot to mention in the description the big disclaimer that the rice cocker that they are selling causes cancer (see picture). I tried to return the product to get my money back and it was really painful as the seller did not wanted to pay for the return at first. Then when I managed to get a prepaid label, they resended the parcel back again by mistake, but they did not send the money.Still no money received and they expect that I pay to return the package (that they mistakely re-sent).Will really not reccomend this product.

Review: I despise cooking rice. I never get it correct- either overcooked, under cooked or sticks to the pot. I just received thisrice cooker and would say: 1. Super easy to use. 2. Super easy to clean, 3. So far only made white rice but it came out fantastic. 4. Simply put in rice and add fill to the water line indicated which is clearly marked depending on the number of cups of rice you are using, 5. Press button and 20 or so minutes later rice is done. 6. Once done the machine goes automatically to "keep arm" mode. 7. Rice came out perfect. 8. Cleanup a breeze - simply rinse the inner pot. 9. Very reasonably priced. 10. Doesn't take up a lot of counter space. 11. Build is solid especially compared to the other "wonky" rice cookers on the market. 12. Thumbs up for me - a great purchase.
