Title: High-End Results Without the High-End Price
Review: As a professional chef, Iâve always prided myself on my skills in the kitchenâexcept when it comes to rice. Even though most chefs find rice preparation second nature, itâs often the one thing I screw up the most. Whether itâs getting the right texture or managing the timing, rice has always been a tricky spot for me. For years, I avoided getting a rice cooker, thinking it would be a bit of a cheat or that I should be able to do it the old-fashioned way. But after too many failed rice attempts, I finally broke through the shame and decided to give a rice cooker a shot. The fuzzy logic feature is what sold me. It takes all the guesswork out of rice preparation, automatically adjusting the cooking process based on the type of rice Iâm making. Itâs foolproof. I simply add the rice and water, hit the right setting, and walk away. I pick how firm I want the fire to be, & The rice comes out perfectly cooked every single timeâfluffy, tender, and without any of the common rice pitfalls I used to deal with. Itâs a relief to know Iâm finally making consistently great rice without the constant monitoring. One of my favorite features is the keep-warm function, which keeps the rice at the perfect temperature for up to 24 hours. No more worrying about reheating or having to rush to eat. It stays soft and fresh, just like it was right out of the cooker. This is especially great when I cook a big batch for meal prep or serve it at dinner parties. The best part? The COSORI Rice Cooker delivers high-end performance at a low-end price. Itâs far more affordable than many other rice cookers, but it performs just as well (if not better) than pricier models. I no longer need to feel guilty about using a rice cooker, because it saves me time and delivers perfect results with minimal effort. If youâve been avoiding a rice cooker like I did, thinking itâs not necessary, I highly recommend you break through that mindset and give the COSORI Rice Cooker a try. Itâs easy to use, reliable, and consistently makes great rice. Finally, I can say Iâm proud of my riceâwithout all the stress.

Title: Cosori rice cooker
Review: 5 Stars - Great Performance and Versatility!I recently purchased the Cosori rice cooker, and it has exceeded my expectations! It cooks rice to perfection every timeâwhether itâs white, brown, or jasmine. The intuitive digital display and preset functions make it incredibly easy to use, even for other grains like quinoa and oats. I especially appreciate the keep-warm function, which ensures the rice stays fresh without overcooking. The design is sleek, and the non-stick inner pot is easy to clean. Itâs also compact, fitting nicely in my kitchen without taking up too much space. If youâre looking for a reliable, versatile rice cooker that delivers consistent results, the Cosori is a fantastic choice!

Title: LOVE it
Review: UPDATE: been using this for almost a year and almost daily. Still looks brand new. Perfect brown rice, white rice, arroz con pollo, fried rice, steamed veg/squash, steamed fish, beans and lentils, the list goes on. Clean-up is a breeze, no brainer to use, everything comes out flawless. Totally recommend this.---------------------------------------------------------------Ok, I've only used this once, will update when I get more use out of it & let you know of versatility, results and durability.Like the size & style, a lot. Not too big, heavy or bulky so I think I'll leave it out on the counter at all times.Set up was super easy, as was my first try, Brown Rice. This made the brown rice perfectly and if you've tried to make it without a steamer, you know it's hard to get right. Even with a steamer, it can turn out wrong. I like that it gives you choices of fluffy, regular or firm. Tried fluffy & regular, they were both perfect.Clean-up was a breeze, the inner bowl cleans easily, the unit wipes down & dries, easily. I can tell I'll be using it a lot, just based on the ease of use/clean up. The display functions are super easy, total no brainer.NOTE: To the person who left the photo review claiming "rust". I noticed spots too, only on the night I forgot to use filtered water. Turned out to be mineral deposits that easily wiped away with warm soapy water, so I wouldn't let that person's photo or review deter you. IT'S NOT RUST.PRO TIP: Use DISTILLED water or at least filtered, in ANY appliance that creates steam.

Title: So far, a nice improvement over the $20 rice cooker.
Review: I have been hesitant to buy a rice cooker for a while because I don't eat rice that much and find it easy enough to cook on the stovetop. But we've been eating a bit more rice lately and I also find myself frequently overcooking my morning oatmeal. When i realized that rice cookers can also make oatmeal, I figured it was worth a try and went to target and bought a cheap one.Well it did a pretty solid job on oatmeal to be honest, better than the results I get in a pot, consistently perfectly cooked (I use thick cut old fashioned rolled oats). However, it didn't do so great with rice. I mean it was ok, but the rice on the bottom seems to get overcooked and a little "crispy" in spots and the warming function will just dry it out more. Not wanting to spend hundreds on the fancy japanese ones I bought this for $85 to give it a try. And I did a side by side batch of the same rice in each machine, and this one wins easily. All the rice was perfectly cooked and tender, no crunch spots on the bottom, just perfectly soft and cooked throughout. And I swear, the rice tastes better. It is almost a little sweeter with a nicer flavor. I suspect that comes from the long slow cook time which might convert more starch to sugar. As a bonus, this machine is easier to clean up because you don't get starchy water bubbling up all over the lid.Overall, very pleased and I look forward to some of the other options like slow cooking for bone broth. It is probably a bit larger than we need for a small family, but not so huge as to be unwieldy. My only gripe is no "off" button so you either have to unplug it or wait for the keep warm cycle to run out.

Review: Bought this to replace my old Tefal multicooker which happens to still be alive and well but never had a sear function. This unit has one and it works brilliantly. I've had it four days and I've used the sear, steam and soup functions so far and all have been excellent. Cheats tip for spaghetti in 12 mins: Add desired amount of linguine to pot, add salt and a dash of oil (which prevents foaming). Add 1250 ml of boiling water to the pot push softening pasta under the water, close lid and set it to steam for 9 mins. Give it a stir after 6 mins. The cooking time + preheat is 12 mins and delivers perfectly cooked linguine. Drop cook time to 11 mins for spaghetti.
