Stages:

1st stage: Premium Quick-Connect 5 micron sediment filter. Dust and rust particles are trapped here in a filter.2nd stage: Premium USA-made Quick-Connect T28 coconut activated carbon filter - VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and other common chemicals are removed from the water in this stage. This filter removes chlorine, chloramine, benzene, trihalomethane (THM) compounds, radon, solvents, and hundreds of other man-made chemicals found in tap water.3rd stage: Premium High Rejection TFC type Reverse Osmosis membrane. 97%-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS) and other elements are removed in this stage. Arsenic, fluoride, lead, chromium, radium, viruses, bacteria, and other unhealthy contaminants are removed from the water. 100 GPD (gallons per day) RO membrane.4th stage: Produces high-quality water with deionizing mixed bed polishing filter. This RO system purifies 1 gallon of water every 15-18 min (very slow, water purification output depends on membrane Gallons Per Day rating, water dripping not flowing). RO membrane splits water with 0.0005 micron filtration, approximately 1000 times more effective than any water filter without membrane). We recommend to collect water in advance (every day or every second day) to always have it on hand. Use any kind of water container (glass or plastic). All Reverse Osmosis systems produce both pure and waste water. Waste water always exceeds amount of pure water. Our ratio is 1 to 2.5

Water supply options

Our diverter works with regular faucet spout except for sprinkler type. If you have sprinkler type, please contact Customer Care before purchasing. Any kitchen faucet spout has a removable aerator. Just unscrew the aerator to check what kind of spout you have. We ship Countertop RO System with diverter for Male type of spouts Adapter for Female type of spouts enclosed inside the bag with parts. You can replace the kitchen diverter for garden/laundry hose adapter for indoor or outdoor use (contact Seller regarding adapter) RO System can be used outdoor where temperature all the time above the freezing point. Avoid direct sunlight, better to choose dark or shadow spots.

What to expect.

If your source water around 300 ppm TDS, pure water would be 1..20 ppm after filtration. Testing needs to be performed not earlier than 4-6 days after regular use.

Replacement set

Replacement filter set (filters life: 8-12 months, membrane: 2.5-3 years) . Change filters every 8 months for a family of 3 or more members, or 12 months for a family of 1 or 2 members.

Keep RO on counter top or remove

If you do not want to keep RO on countertop all the time, use union fitting for easy disconnection or re-connection. It would be easier than screw diverter onto faucet every time when pure water needed.

We ship adapters free of charge with the main order. Our kitchen diverter and standard adapter fit approx 95%-98% of regular (not sprinkler type) kitchen faucets. Garden/Laundry adapter is enclosed as well.

Title: Super clean water
Review: Okay.. so maybe I'm leaving this review too soon as I've only had one glass of water so far. But the water tastes super pure. I travel for work and am always buying bottled water but.. it feels like more often than not the bottled water just tastes off and not right. I haven't had water this good in a while it's definitely doing its job. It came with super clear instructions as well as product support and a 1 year warranty it seems. I will update this review if anything changes but as of now this is seeming like it's gonna be a game changer for me. Highly recommend if in a similar scenario or just want clean drinking water

Title: Reverse Osmosis countertop system
Review: I have been using an APEC R.O. water countertop filter system for several years to produce chlorine free water to home-brew beer. Unfortunately, after doing some cleaning, my previous system was damaged and needed to be replaced. Because I have had such great success with them in the past, my natural inclination was to stick with a winner and am very happy with this replacement.

Title: Impressive!
Review: I bought this for my indoor garden. The nutrients I use work best with the ppm being as close to 0 as possible. My Tap water comes out at roughly 250 ppm and immediately after the suggested 30 minute cleanse it was down to 20 ppm. The next gallon was even lower. I live in an older house with lower water pressure and I still get a gallon in roughly 30 minutes. Very easy to install also. So far I'm very impressed. Not a single complaint.Edit: after another use my ppm is now coming out at 007. Plants couldn't be happier!

Review: Ordered it because it's portable and good customer service reviews.Arrived broken. integral 90 degree connector on the resin filter broke making it unusable. Couldn't find ANYTHING about this unit or it's replacement filters on manufacturers website.Ordering 6 months filters through amazon ($60CAD + 40 for shipping. PLUS tax) would cost the same as a whole new unit every year. Really poor value for the money.
