Title: Fast and accurate
Review: I just purchased this Digital Meat Thermometer, I've never had one before. i've always grilled by sight and time. I've used it on salmon, steak and hamburgers. No more under cooked or over cooked grilling. the thermometer is very accurate and fast. i get the readings in literally seconds. the display is bright and big so its easy to read.the handle and probe is long enough so i don't burn my hands over the grill.My wife used it in the oven for chicken and she even likes it. she has always wanted one. The old mercury or dial ones are just too hard to use and have never proven accurate. We got rid of the old ones and in with the new.i like the design, when closed the thermometer turns off and instantly comes on when opened. it comes complete with its own little screwdriver for the battery cover. its real easy to clean after use, just wipe the probe and your done.Recommend it for anyone who want to make grilling easy and accurate.

Title: Great Thermometer
Review: This little thermometer works wonderfully. We have use it so far on the grill and it is a great replacement at a great price. It has an auto turnoff when you close it and reads immediately. It even comes with a screwdriver for the battery back. Very nice product.

Title: Worked out great for me!
Review: Tested on meat and liquid and performed perfectly with both. Probably saved my pork shoulder since the temp said it was done but I would have left it in longer going by just the time. Luckily it came out perfect. Also an unexpected bonus I didn't see in the description was that it is magnetic and doesn't need to get lost in the drawer since it now resides on the front of my fridge(pictured). Good buy.

Review: We used this to smoke a brisket yesterday and found it to be totally accurate in regards to the temperature readings. The quickness of the reading was a little suspect but the proof was in the finished product. The brisket was delicious and cooked exactly as we liked. Love the rotating display.
