Title: Unit works well for me. Purchased in Nov 23
Review: Was a good purchase for me.I have a house that is only 2 rooms; the upstars ~ 750 ft sq, carpet and the downstairs which is ~ 800 ft sq, carpet & kitchen and bathroom vinyl floors. Unit picks up cat litter and most cat hair from both carpet and vinyl. I run it without the app and it finds it's way around pretty good.I always remove any kitchen chairs and anything that might trap the unit (toy mousers, power cords etc.). I have seen it get stuck under a chair for quite a while. You will learn from experience what might trap the unit. The magnet strip keeps it from falling down the stairs pretty well.I run the unit on a higher vacuum setting than factory setting. Cleans better, but takes more battery power. Will clean the downstairs making multiple passes over most of the area. Charging the battery when run pretty much down takes a while. When starting a clean I pics a spot (usually the bathroom near the litter box and point it to the wall in the corner. This makes sure that it doesn't miss this area. If it does get trapped of fouled it will shut down and have to be restarted as it will not remember where it has been. Typically I let it run until it needs to recharge at which point it may or may not find its way back to the charging station. It is good to turn it over when servicing the filter box and make sure there is nothing fouling the brushes. Easy to clean brushes. It will make a difference in how well it cleans.I use an air sprayer (small compressor) to clean the foam filter and the HEPA filter. This way the filters will last a log time before replacing. If you don't have a compressor you could probably use the canned air for cleaning computer hardware.Prepping the space and putting everything back when finished is the most work and is worth the trouble.I have not used the mop feature yet.

Title: great device and help around the house
Review: setup was easy. we scheduled it to run everyday and it takes care of whole areas at a time. you can see the map it makes on the mobile app to see where it runs. its quiet compared to my older roomba.

Title: Picks up more than you think
Review: Overall works great. Wonderful for a daily clean. The mop option doesn't do much. It is pretty much like dragging a wet cloth across the ground. It isn't scrubbing. It does something because it will show dirt on the mop head afterwards. I have two dogs and it picks up the hair. It is cool that it maps your house and you can control it and schedule time for it to turn on from your phone. You can control suction. Whether it vacuums, mops, or does both. I don't like the dustpan setup. There is a door that shuts when no new dirt is entering the dustpan. It seems flimsy like it won't last. I have used it over 10 times. The fall sensor works great. It hasn't gone down my stairs yet. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It lightens my cleaning load. I still do real vacuuming but I don't feel like I need to every day. Update: I've had the vacuum for three months now. The Wi-Fi option that works with your phone stopped working. The remote and buttons on top will work. The app was more user friendly so it's a bummer that it doesn't work anymore. A second thing is it's a lot louder than it used to be. I've cleaned everything out but it seems like the wheels make more noise when it's moving around the house now.

Title: Best purchase ever!
Review: Robot is very sturdy, well built, nice size and very smart. No corner is left unattended, it can pick up big pieces of debris, food or dirt easily. It moves in patterns that will reach under furniture, desks and chairs. It is noisy but not annoying, but hey itâs a vacuum, and the suction power is strong. For the mop, I would recommend you clean your floors once or twice a month by yourself and the robot can keep it squeaky clean the rest of the time.

Title: This G8000 Pro Robot Vacuum SUCKS!!!
Review: REVIEW UPDATE: This robot SUCKS and is nothing but a headache, I so regret ordering this and of course it's past the time to return it. All it does is spin around in circles back and forth, keeps getting stuck on everything and when there is absolutely nothing around it to get stuck on. The remote to guide it anywhere is a complete waste, a joke and only spins the robot around and stops. It won't proceed in any direction. When I try to put it on its charging station it keeps spinning around in circles on the station and won't stop. For our previous Roomba, I never had to pick up my kitchen mat or dog mat that has the food and water bowl but I do for this robot because otherwise it gets stuck and pushes the water bowl around. The ONLY good thing about this robot is the suction power but other than that it is truly is a complete waste of money and a major headache.Save yourself the time and money and buy another brand. Now I have to find another one that actually does its job.OLD REVIEW: We last had an older roomba that lasted about 4 and a half years and it died so we wanted to try a different brand. We need a robot that will pick up pet hair and clean the edges around each room.I read so many reviews on multiple robots and really didn't want to spend $400 so we decided to try the Tikom which had some great reviews. The robot for the most part does a good job vacuuming our carpet and hardwood floors but it often gets stuck (edge of sofa, ottoman, tables) and I have to go retrieve it then it just sits and spins around in circles a few times before moving away from that area. I was able to block some of the areas it gets stuck but it manages to find other places. I shouldn't have to keep rearranging my furniture or blocking so many areas (pillows all around our large sectional) to prevent it from getting stuck.I have not used the mop feature yet as the robot hasn't yet vacuumed my whole house yet. It only vacuums my kitchen and living room and part of of my dining room. It completely misses our foyer, office, hallway and sunroon and we have open Floorplan so it should pass room to room with no issues. I know it may take a couple of charges to get everything but it only repeats what it already did after recharging and continues to get stuck somewhere. It also hasn't yet given me any indicator of the trashbin being full. The remote doesn't always guide the robot where I want it to go either. The robot does just spin in circles a LOT.It has potential but so far I'm wishing I had ordered something else. My husband already tossed out the box to return it. If I had the box I would return it and buy something else.

Review: This little robot really gets the job done. We have a 1050 sq ft condo with laminate, tile and carpet flooring as well as an accent rug in the livingroom. The Tikom easily transitions from the laminate onto the rug without getting hung up. The first time I used it, I thought it wasn't going into the corners and up close to the baseboards, but by letting it do its thing, after it had cleaned all of the floor surfice, it then went around the whole room right up to the baseboards, little side brushes whirling away all the dust, right into the corners. It is also slim enough to go under 3 cabinets that my older version Roomba gets stuck under. I used the mop on the kitchen floor for the first time today and had to adjust the water output to the lowest level so as not to put too much water on the laminate. I didn't think the floor was at all dirty, but when I removed the mop cover, it said otherwise. I also love that the suction is adjustable. I use it on the highest setting for the very dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it does an amazing job. For the price of this robot in comparison to Roomba and some other brands, I believe it's very good value. Very please with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

TOLL !!!Man stellt ihn an. Aber so what!
