Title: Impressive and my Buddy!
Review: I recently upgraded to the dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, and honestly, it’s been a total game-changer for my home. As someone with long hair and a mix of carpets and hard floors, I’ve tried just about every vacuum and mop on the market—but nothing compares to this! The 7000Pa suction picks up everything, from pet hair to dust, and the 136°F hot water mop leaves my floors sparkling and feeling fresh.What I love most is how easy it is to maintain—self-cleaning and auto robot care mean I don’t have to spend a ton of time worrying about it. Title: Game changer!
Review: Before buying this I had one of the popular brands vacuum only. The battery life was terrible and app was so limited. I did a TON of research. My Dreame is perfect. It’s amazing how customized I can make it. A lot of reviews don’t discuss this enough but the battery life is incredible, lasts for so long. It never gets stuck and reaches places that constantly surprise me. I love how I can have it clean multiple rooms and on multiple settings. It’s crazy how it knows where carpets are and doesn’t mop on them. Recommendation, a default setting is for the extending arm to be on minimum use. I changed it to max use and it’s wild how well it cleans under my fridge and corners with it. I can’t possible understand how anything more expensive would give me anything more than this. But I do know that anything cheaper and it’s gonna have to charge way too much. I also see the room order of cleaning so it doesn’t clean my mud room before my kitchen. It’s great having it vacuum only one room and mop/vacuum another. You can make changes mid cleaning for example make the suction higher or lower. Child proof locks are brilliant as my kids like to press buttons when I’m not looking. The mop pads get very clean after use and the water tank holds a ton of water. On the clean genius setting it will go back on its own and re clean extra dirty areas. The mapping is insanely accurate. I have an open kitchen/family room so I merged those two rooms and then created a line where I want to separate where each room starts and ends. Oh also probably the most important thing, this robot gets our house so clean! Ours is named Lightning McClean.I do have a cat and no hair has gotten stuck in the brushes which is very impressive.I don’t have any cons or negatives, this robot by far exceeds my expectations. My recommendation is don’t go cheaper because you’ll lose so much but you don’t need to go more expensive because you can’t really gain anything more.

Title: Vacuum and mop at the same time-SO GOOD. BUY IT!
Review: This robot vacuum and mop is an absolute game-changer! With 4 dogs, I’m constantly dealing with fur and paw prints, but coming home to spotless floors has been amazing. It vacuums and mops in one go, even stopping to scrub tough spots and taking pictures of obstacles to avoid getting stuck. The self-cleaning mop pads are a brilliant feature, meaning less maintenance for me. It truly saves me so much time and keeps my floors looking great—highly recommend for any pet owner or busy household! **this video was taken on light clean. There is also deep clean and the option to vacuum only. Will pick up mop pads if area rugs are present.

Review: Great vacuum for the price! Leaves behind clean floors and carpets. Love the dual mops, self-cleaning, and drying feature and the app. The refillable and wastewater tank is a must! Haven't had any issues. Would highly recommend!!!

Review: The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum I purchased and received was setup and performed the mapping of the rooms and cleaned one time and then would not start again, after troubleshooting and chatting with support for quite a few hours back and forth could not get it resolved, jumping through many hoops and not making progress. It keeps stating the Robot is tilted and not on level ground even when its on the docking station. I will be returning this today, frustrating before Thanksgiving and not very happy.

Title: Hardworking and sexy
Review: I did an obnoxious amount of research looking for “the one”. This was a hidden gem. It works wonders in our 400 sq ft studio with hardwood and tile floors. I feel excited every time I come home and step my bare feet on the floor. I have a toddler so I skip the potentially toxic proprietary cleaning solution and just use water. I thought it would steam clean the floors but it only steams its own mop pads. I love this robot so much, it was worth the wait!

Title: Great job vacuuming and mopping but...
Review: I've had the dreameL10pro ultra heat about two weeks ago. It sweeps and mops well, leaving no uncleanned areas. It does not leave streaks and vacuums the carpet well. Problems...it loses wifi connection often and reconnects with difficulty and it wanders about taking at least 1/3 more time to cover the same area and it is loud on carpet. At this point I have no reason to return it as it does a good job cleaning. I will have to see if the wifi disconnection becomes worse.

Title: Customer support for warranty issues seems non existent.
Review: While the software on the unit is pretty impressive in terms of scanning a room (hence the 2 stars), and being methodical about it's routes to clean, it has some issues. Very small object such as a tooth pic thin twig less than an inch long will get caught up in the unit. Also hard objects such has small dog kibble will get sucked up and make a horrible racket inside the machine bouncing around in the plastic box. The adhesive on the Velcro that is glued to the mop pad holder came unglued in less than a month of ownership. Customer support chat bot says wait time is 1-3 minutes, but you sit there into eternity waiting for a response to get a warranty issue taken care of.Update: support finally answered. They are sending a new mop pad holder. Took a while, but upgrading the review when part arrives.Update 2: Support has now kept in constant contact making sure I received the part replacements and making sure everything is working. Changing to 5 stars.

Review: I hesitated alot with this purchase. There is so much competition in this category, with lots of conflicting reviews. I can honestly say this has been the best purchase in a very long time. We are a 2 kid household, with a shedding dog and cat that accumulates alot if dirt/hair on our floors. I went from vacuuming and mopping every single Day, spending 100s of hours a year, to now coming home to a beautifully clean floor. The app is easy to use, tracking great, and the self-cleaning/drying mop pads wonderful.

Review: As long as your expectations are appropriately set this does a great job. It is not abke to mop up dried, caked on things such as spilled smoothy or mud. Manually taking care of these, it handles everything else. The app is geeat and easy to figure out. Love being able to customize the order of vacuum first and then mop. Vacuuming works great and I've not needed to do any manual vacuuming since buying! Noise is a bit loud. In the evening even if it is on the bottom floor on the upper floor I can clearly hear it vacuuming. I don't mind since it does a good job thanks to the suction, but might bother som people.

Review: We have two large dogs. One is a German shepherd who sheds a lot. This robo vacuum is making our life soo easy. It picks up all the dog hair from every corner and mops as well. It is highly customizable with self cleaning mop pads. My only regret is not buying it earlier.
